5-Sterne-Hotels in Florenz

Dieses Haus ist sehr schön in der alten Gebäude. Es ist überall wert, antike Möbel zu malen. Aber mein Besitzer ist schwarz. Ich denke, der Service ist normal. Ich will Kinder nehmen. Die Tragetücher geben keine 5-stelligen Nacht-Ano-Stadt. Sie können auch die Markierung der alten Gebäudebrücke sehen. Es lohnt sich noch, diesen Preis zu erheben. Zimmerservice, ein kleines Brot, das gut gemacht wird.

Die La Gemma ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um in Florenz zu bleiben. Personal war sehr hilfreich und gab uns eine nette Erhöhung, als wir für unseren zweiten Aufenthalt dort angemeldet haben. Sie setzten auch eine Flasche gekühlte Champagner in unserem Zimmer, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Auch die schöne Spa- und Dachlounge mit erstaunlichen Aussichten auf die Stadt genossen. Wird sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.

Ein hervorragender 5-Sterne-Bereich in einer fabulösen Lage. Der Service ist warm und professionell und das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstückszimmer bietet einen ausgezeichneten Service und eine sehr gute Wahl.

Es gibt Schlamm in dem Zimmer, der Bad-Auspufffan funktioniert überhaupt nicht, und wir informierten die Mitarbeiter am ersten Tag, aber sie ignorierten es immer noch. Frühstück ist immer nur zwei Arten von Gemüse, monoton, und mit einem sehr niedrigen Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis im Vergleich zum Preis. Das Toilettenpapier flusst oft nicht richtig. Es ist ein holtes Hotel, das alles zeigt, scheint luxuriös zu sein.

Insgesamt ist es durchschnittlich und nicht sehr kostengünstig. Es gibt kein Hallenbad und die Lage ist etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus, der 15 bis 20 Minuten in eine Richtung braucht.

Schöne Lage guter Service, ich war da für meinen Hochzeitsmonat war eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Perfect location, 10 mins walk from the train station, the hotel is in an upscale area and everything is within walkable distance! Fully air conditioned, spacious and clean room, friendly staff! It was a pleasant stay, will definitely stay there again!

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
