I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead. I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: The Leela Mumbai I recently stayed at The Leela Mumbai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful once inside the property. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The staff deserve special appreciation: warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Dining was another highlight. The food at Citrus was exceptional, with great variety and excellent quality. Room service was prompt and well-presented. The hotel’s pool, gardens, and fitness center create a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day. Overall, The Leela Mumbai provides a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Die Yoga- und Simbabwe-Kurse finden nicht statt, werden aber so dargestellt. Ich habe viermal per E-Mail nach den Kursplänen gefragt, aber die E-Mail kam nie an. Vorsicht! Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen am Pool sind reine Dekoration. Jeder kann ohne Zimmerkarte hineinspringen, während andere Gäste eintreten. Vielleicht besteht sogar eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personal, denn wie können die in ihrer schäbigen Kleidung unbemerkt durch die Rezeption kommen? Die Stornierungsbedingungen sind streng, wie sie auch in anderen Marriott-Hotels üblich sind – insbesondere für VIP-Kunden mit Diamond- oder Travel-Genius-Status. *** berücksichtigt nicht, dass diese Kunden die ganze Woche (7 Tage) bleiben und am letzten Tag unvorhergesehene Ereignisse eintreten können. Der 24/7-Service ist eine Farce. Ruft *** um 22 Uhr an, muss *** ewig warten und wird bis zum nächsten Morgen vertröstet, bis sich jemand meldet. Sie sagen „Wir rufen Sie zurück“, aber dieser Anruf kommt nie.

I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it. On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety. However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest. While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback.

Das wunderschönste und unglaubliche Hotel und Aufenthalt. Alles Personal direkt vom Eingang, um in den Desk, Porte, Sicherheit zu Hause zu halten waren alle ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Frühstücksoptionen waren immer sehr gut und reichhaltig, aber ich würde gern raten, früh zu gehen, um Kugeln zu vermeiden und außerhalb zu sitzen, wo ich den Service nicht sehr gut fand am einen Tag, wir außerhalb zu sitzen. Die Führung hat uns wirklich aus dem Weg geholfen, uns mit einigen Fragen, die wir hatten. Zimmer auf bestimmten Etagen sind sehr datei und können mit einigen Verbesserungen tun, aber sie wissen das bereits.

Ich bat um ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, und bei der Eincheckung war ich versichert, dass Zimmer 101 ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer war. Ich musste wirklich zwischen meinen 2 Flügen schlafen. Sobald ich in mein Zimmer kam, ging ich zum Bett und schlief, nur um sich sehr bald danach durch das Klang der Banging - nicht sicher, was es war - Schnüre, Taschentücher, Türen aufwachen zu können. Dann hörte ich jemanden zu Fuß mit sehr schweren Schuhen, so rief ich Rezeption und Glück setzten sie auf. Aber dann schien es, als würden sie Bauarbeiten im Zimmer oben - sie begannen zu Hammeren!!! Ja, Hammering!!!!! Gefolgt von DRILLING!!! Keine Chance irgendeinen Schlaf! Ich rief Rezeption wieder, und sie stoppen die Hammering und die Drilling. Ein paar Minuten Ruhe, und dann die Leute in Zimmer 137 setzen ihr Fernsehen auf bei FULL VOLUME !!! Es war so laut, dass das Fernsehen vielleicht auch in meinem Zimmer war. Ich habe mein Kleid über Nacht aufgestellt und ging um Zimmer 137 und bat das Mädchen, das Fernsehen, das sie getan hat, für eine Weile abzuschalten. Null Chance für jeden Ruhe, Null Chance für jeden Schlaf. Obwohl es sich um ein Flughafenhotel handelt, gibt es NO SOUNDPROOFING, so basierend kann man absolut alles hören, was in allen Zimmern um Sie herum geht. Das Personal war sehr nett, und sie versuchten immer, ihr Bestes zu tun, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten, aber all dieser Lärm ist eindeutig der Schuld der Senioren Management. Hammering und Drehung sind nicht das, was man mit einem Hilton Flughafen Hotelzimmer verbunden!!!!

It's not a 5 star hotel just a four star maintaining its old legacy. It's too old , AC doesn't work cooling very low,most of the time room is hot, no fridge in room, food served in the room cold and uncooked. Room size is too small as compared to five star hotel. Services in dining too is very poor, we ordered for tea, coffee and cold coffee for guests it took 45 minutes to serve that too cold tea and coffee it created very bad impression. I asked them to bill it to my room they refused told it's against our policy and you have to pay it here itself, that means you don't have trust in your guest ( never seen like this in any 5 star hotels). As far as cleaning they don't come and clean on regular basis or change towels you have to call them two or three times then only staff comes. Basically it has a good ambience but it is not a 5 star hotel. I visited this place nearly after 15 years, they have degraded rather than improvement. To keep up the reputation management and staff will have to work very hard.
