AAlya.AWir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. Der Personalservice war außergewöhnlich und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Team hat immer geprüft, ob wir etwas brauchen oder ob Hausaufbewahrung erforderlich ist, was uns wirklich gut aufpasst.
Das Frühstücksbuffetpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Sie gingen aus dem Weg, uns zu helfen und die von uns beantragten Gegenstände zu bieten, auch wenn sie nicht im Menü aufgeführt waren. Ihr Ziel war eindeutig, sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste ihre Mahlzeit genießen und glücklich bleiben.
Ein besonderer Verweis geht auf ihren einzigartigen Food Spa Service, wo warmes Wasser für die Nasenfüße zur Entspannung bereitgestellt wird. Dieser Service kann angefordert und in etwa 20 Minuten ins Zimmer geliefert werden, was eine sehr gedankevolle und entspannende Erfahrung war.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Ich habe viermal per E-Mail nach den Kursplänen gefragt, aber die E-Mail kam nie an. Vorsicht! Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen am Pool sind reine Dekoration. Jeder kann ohne Zimmerkarte hineinspringen, während andere Gäste eintreten. Vielleicht besteht sogar eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personal, denn wie können die in ihrer schäbigen Kleidung unbemerkt durch die Rezeption kommen? Die Stornierungsbedingungen sind streng, wie sie auch in anderen Marriott-Hotels üblich sind – insbesondere für VIP-Kunden mit Diamond- oder Travel-Genius-Status. *** berücksichtigt nicht, dass diese Kunden die ganze Woche (7 Tage) bleiben und am letzten Tag unvorhergesehene Ereignisse eintreten können. Der 24/7-Service ist eine Farce. Ruft *** um 22 Uhr an, muss *** ewig warten und wird bis zum nächsten Morgen vertröstet, bis sich jemand meldet. Sie sagen „Wir rufen Sie zurück“, aber dieser Anruf kommt nie.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

GGastnutzerI arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated. In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise. My only gripe was the water flowing from the basin tap was very slow and could have been better. No issue with the shower though.

MMrs JhaThis Radisson is a very small property. The driveway only accommodates one car, so your car cannot wait on the driveway. There is an issue with the amenities in the room. Firstly, no hair dryer is provided. I had to ask for it. Secondly, house keeping does not check whether the tissue box is empty. I had to request for a tissue box as there were only a few pieces left. Thirdly, the hotel does not provide sufficient towels. There are 2 pax in my room, and we were given only one square hand towel and two bath towels. This happened on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Doesn't housekeeping follow standard operating instructions? Or is the hotel short of hand towels? I guess we are expected to share the sole hand towel! If you can overlook these shortcomings, the room is new and comfortable, the location is ok and the breakfast spread is decent.
