Wonderful stay at Ascott Waterplace Surabaya – highly recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Ascott Waterplace Surabaya and couldn’t have asked for more. Location is unbeatable. Right on the waterfront with easy access to Pakuwon Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything felt convenient, and the view from the apartment was stunning, especially at night. The apartment was spotless and very clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping was thorough, and the space felt fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained from day one. A huge thank you to the staff for making it extra special. We mentioned it was my little girl’s birthday, and they went out of their way to prepare a lovely surprise for her. It was such a thoughtful touch that made her day and ours. The team was consistently helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Surabaya with staff who genuinely care, Ascott Waterplace is it. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again for making our trip so memorable!

The room was so clean and big! Price was super worth for what was provided. A kitchen was given so that was definitely more than worthwhile. Staff are super helpful!

Our stay at Ciputra was wonderful. Fantastic location adjoining the Ciputra mall with many great restaurants nearby. Thank you to all of the fine professional staff that accompanied the very well appointed room and hotel facilities. The room was beautifully furnished, lovely comfortable bed, large bathroom along with a bathtub with great view. Room was quiet with pleasant views over Surabaya. Executive lounge/bar on 8th floor is a quite area with well appointed bar. The cool pool and jacuzzi on 22nd floor was special with a 270 degree vista over Surabaya city, extra gorgeous during sunset. Restaurant for breakfast had a delicious array of both western and Indonesian dishes in a colorful and fresh ambience. Special thanks to Alicia at reception whom communicated well and passed on the delicious gift for sevice recovery of our lift mishap. Just a slight improvement would be to improve the lighting in the car parking area as very dim and dreary at night.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. I was there for a cycling event, and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. They allowed us to bring our bicycle into the room and even provided an early breakfast on the day of the event, which was greatly appreciated. If I come back for the same event next year, I will definitely stay here again.

Sie erlaubte uns freundlicherweise, früher einzuchecken, nachdem sie bemerkt hatte, wie müde wir vom Flug waren, und gab uns sogar ein Zimmer mit der besten Aussicht! Das Frühstück war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts und bot eine Fülle köstlicher lokaler Gerichte. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, lokale Köstlichkeiten statt der üblichen internationalen Gerichte genießen zu können, was unser Erlebnis noch besonderer machte. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und komfortabel und bot den perfekten Rückzugsort nach unseren Abenteuern. Insgesamt hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ein tolles Erlebnis sucht!

Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel, die Zimmer geräumig und hell, die Ausstattung komplett und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam, der Check-in effizient. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend, wir werden hier definitiv wieder buchen.
