GGastnutzerGenerally, the stay was fine, but there were some drawbacks. Breakfast felt underwhelming since it was held in meeting rooms rather than the restaurant. The biggest issue was the check-in process; our room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM (and after asking the staff several times), and it seemed many other families were in the same boat.

JjetlaggerWestin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming.
The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

MMuzaharDas Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit hervorragender Gastfreundschaft, fast alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfreich und Sie können sich hier sicher fühlen. Das Front Desk ist auch sehr hilfreich und bietet alle erforderlichen Informationen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und alle Funktionen funktionieren. Das Gefühl des Aufenthalts ist wie in Ihrem Haus.
Hoteleinrichtungen sind auch sehr guter Zustand und verwaltebar.
Es ist ein wertvoller Aufenthalt.

MMita PWDies ist das dritte Mal (in diesem Jahr) Ich verbleibe in der Schweizer Belinn Manyar, und ich bin immer zufrieden mit ihren Dienstleistungen von der Frontbüro, Concierge, Restaurant, Zimmerservice n Hausbetreuungspersonal sind freundlich, polit und Service orientiert, die ihre Gäste machen Keine Beschwerden über das Zimmer: es ist sauber, WiFi ist stabil und schnell, das heiße Wasser läuft unstopflich, und der Aircon funktioniert sehr gut, um die heiße Temperatur von Surabaya zu bekämpfen.
Große Anerkennung für das Bak Nia Front Office-Personal, das uns immer mit ihrem großen warmen Lächeln begrüßt, macht uns zu Hause fühlen und sorgt für jeden unserer Aufenthalte angenehm und angenehm. Auch dank anderen Mitarbeitern des Frontbüros: Shinta, Rizqi, Yoga und andere, die ich nicht eins nach dem anderen nennen kann.

Only 1 shortcomings: the door can't shield the the room from sound in the corridors totally, I can clearly heard the knockings and bell ringing from other rooms at night. But in general, it's still a quite decent hotel to stay.

PPolka13This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart.
Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste.
The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget.
I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution.
But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby.
I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Next to the hotel is 24 hours Indomaret convenient store (equivalent to 7-11) and around 10 minutes walk is Tunjungan Plaza which a very big shopping mall. The hotel does lunch promotion for 30,000 IDR for a rice dish with unlimited ice tea. The facilities are very basic if you are not looking for anything fancy. One thing I want the hotel to improve is the sound of A/C. On my 1st night, it was very loud that kept me awake until 2 am. Other than that, I don’t have anything else to complain.
