We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon. The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained, with clean rooms and excellent facilities. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food. A special thank you to Mr. Arul, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. The 24-hour gym is a great bonus for guests who like to work out at any time of the day. One thing to note is the location. The hotel is next to Pakuwon City Mall, which is different from Pakuwon Mall. If your main destination is Pakuwon Mall, expect about a 40-minute Grab ride depending on traffic. Overall, we had a great experience at Aloft Surabaya. The comfortable rooms, excellent service, and modern facilities make it a hotel I would happily recommend and stay at again.

Im Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur vom 15. bis 18. Januar in einem Executive Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und gut gepflegt, mit einem komfortablen Bett und ausgezeichneten Stadtblick. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen einen guten Service. Ich genossen auch die Spa-Dienste des Hotels, die professionell und rejuvenierend waren. Insgesamt war es ein schöner drei-Nacht-Stadt mit Komfort, Gastfreundschaft und großer Einrichtungen hoch empfohlen für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende.

Seit April ist dieses Hotel mein Zufahrts-Hotel für die Surabaya-Reise. Es war mehr als 4 Mal. Alles in Ordnung, wie üblich, aber die Kaffeemaschine hat in den letzten 2 Monaten nicht gut funktioniert. Downgrade auf Einrichtungen wegen Kaffee- und Mineralwasser-Marke 😌 kann nicht mehr über das Hotel für meine Kollegen. Aber die Snack im Zimmer sind kostenlos! 2 Snacks und 1 instant Noodle, gerade auf unserem letzten Abend gefunden. Ow, überraschend gab es mir einen Dank für den Kuchen? - Sehr gut. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach, die Lebensmittelqualität ist nicht wirklich gut - fehlende Geschmack und trockene Hühner, begrenzte Menü, also alles muss verbessert werden, Preis weise OK. Die Lage des Hotels und andere Alles in Ordnung. Ich werde noch für das nächste Hotel gehen!

Nettes Service, aber nicht viel Ausstattung, Handtücher sind alt und das Badezimmer ist dampf. Großes Sonnenaufgang-Ansicht

This is firs time I stay here, the only small problem is the hotel near to railway trac and crossroad where noise from train, car and motorcycle can be hear inside room. So if you are looking for silent room, it is not good choice. Other than that is ok.

Regelmäßiger Aufenthalt bei Geschäftsreise nach Surabaya. Gutes und freundliches Personal, neben dem Expo-Zentrum. Nur ein bisschen laut wegen des starken Verkehrs

Ein ziemlich belebtes Hotel ... oder war es vielleicht an den Tagen, als ich dort war? Die Aufzüge sind sehr langsam. Die Zimmer sind recht sauber. Allerdings war der Platz im Badezimmer wirklich klein und es gab keine Möglichkeit, Toilettenartikel irgendwo im Badezimmer abzustellen (kein Platz/Tisch auf dem Waschbecken)

The room was large and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It also featured a big bathtub; however, there was NO hot water during the night (hot water returned in the morning).The sink was not flushing. For a one-night stay, it was tolerable it was not a major issue.

Anfrage für eine frühe Eincheckung, da ich am nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr auschecken musste und sie versuchen, ihr Bestes zu begegnen, auf meine Anfrage, danke! Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig! Nur unten war, dass mein Kühlschrank nicht angeschaltet wurde und es gibt kein Bidet im Toilette!

Before I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!
