My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number.

Ein wenig von einem Schlag und Miss. Einige Dinge waren brillant (große Barista machte Kaffee beim Frühstück! Eco freundlich mit sogar ihren Teebeuteln!) und einige Dinge waren nicht so brillant (masseige Köder, um zu checken und zu checken als nur 2 Schreibtisch! Nur am letzten Tag unseres 6-Tages-Aufenthalts entdeckte man, dass es ein Frühstücksmenü gibt, das man bestellen kann und nicht nur vom Buffet essen kann, sondern das Personal hat es nie angeboten! Random Wartungsmänner, die in unser Zimmer um 9 Uhr einreisen, sogar dachte, wir vereinbarten vorab die Zeit war 12 Uhr! Keine Heizung in der ersten Zimmer führt zu einer Änderung in den Zimmern, aber ohne Bad und ohne Entschuldigungen! Hat bis 1am warten, bis ein kleiner tragbarer Fan Heizung geliefert und das Zimmer heizt! Kredit angeboten für keine Heizung nicht tatsächlich auf das Finale angewendet werden Fahrzeug! Zimmerservice-App funktioniert nicht! etc.). Nach meinen Beschwerden wurden Emma gemacht, hat sie ihr Bestes getan, um zu helfen.

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out. However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

Let's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night. - The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing. - Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed! To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für unseren Jubiläumsurlaub gebucht. Normalerweise machen wir das jedes Jahr, also habe ich nicht viel erwartet, aber was dieses Hotel von den anderen Hotels unterscheidet, in denen wir waren, ist die nette Geste, ein paar Süßigkeiten mit Grüßen da zu lassen. Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Rathaus entfernt. Das ist sehr praktisch. Etwa 5 Gehminuten zur Marienkirche

Spent 5 nights in this hotel during NYE to New Year. Location is close to train station, just 2 min walk from Green Square train station, from which you can access to city conveniently. There's a McDonald's right next door, so you can get food even during public holidays. There is Woolworths supermarket right across the street and a couple of restaurants, mostly Asian cuisines. Room was quiet and clean and the facilities (air conditioning with heat and cold functions, microwave oven, expresso machine, washer and dryer) are good quality items and easy to use. The sleeping duck mattress was comfy, and pillows are just normal soft and firm pillows; however I wish the hotel can provide mattress topper because I prefer firm mattresses. Even though I brought my own contour pillow with me, I still got headache with neck pain for the last 3 days of stay due to mattress. Also there was a sudden emergency evacuation alarm on the morning of 30th Dec. and all hotel guests were asked to evacuate immediately. The alarm occurred 2 times that morning and I woke up suddenly so I couldn't sleep well that day. Overall this hotel is good for stay and I wish to return to this hotel again if they provide firm mattresses or mattress toppers next time.

The hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly. If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

Wir hatten eine brillante Erfahrung am Langham für unser Hochzeitstag! Ich habe vergessen, wie sehr ich die Langham-Marke mag. Von der rosa Rippe um das Toilettenpapier bis hin zu den Schlafmöglichkeiten (wir baten um den Schlafsack-Schlafschmutz und den Raumdiffuser) bis hin zur vorgeschlagenen dritten Augenmassetechnik und dem Kamilletee vor dem Bett, wir fühlten uns völlig gespannt und sorgten für. Für unser Feierliches Abendessen wurde ein schönes Bier-Dinner über die fantastische Aussicht auf das Operhaus reserviert. Im Zimmer wurde Frühstück rechtzeitig geliefert und die Menge cool. Der spanische Klingelnjunge war hilfreich und freundlich. Wir wurden auch auf einen Hafenblickraum für unsere Freude upgradiert. Lage war günstig, entweder zu Barangaroo oder den Rocks zu gehen, für Fähren oder Metro. Sehr zufrieden, die Wahl The Langham, es war absolut die richtige Entscheidung für uns!

Schönes Zimmer, groß, sauberes Badezimmer, Badewanne, Snacks vorhanden, Getränke in der Minibar sind kostenlos und werden am nächsten Tag wieder aufgefüllt. Die Lobby und das Äußere des Hotels sind sehr fotogen. Es gibt einen Bus zum QVB. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens Zu Fuß sind der Circular Quay und das Opernhaus ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen.
