Das Hotel setzt die Qualitätsstandards der Marke fort. Obwohl es sich um die Renovierung eines alten Gebäudes handelt, ist die Hotelausstattung vollständig. Die Funktionalität und der Komfort der Zimmer sind dank der Sorgfalt des Betreibers spürbar. Das Innendesign verbindet perfekt klassische und moderne Elemente. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und exquisit, und die Qualität des Obstes war besonders herausragend. Ich hatte immer hohe Erwartungen an die Marke Capella, und dieses in Sydney hat mich nicht enttäuscht, wodurch ich einen besseren Eindruck von dieser Marke bekommen habe.

We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number.

Ein wenig von einem Schlag und Miss. Einige Dinge waren brillant (große Barista machte Kaffee beim Frühstück! Eco freundlich mit sogar ihren Teebeuteln!) und einige Dinge waren nicht so brillant (masseige Köder, um zu checken und zu checken als nur 2 Schreibtisch! Nur am letzten Tag unseres 6-Tages-Aufenthalts entdeckte man, dass es ein Frühstücksmenü gibt, das man bestellen kann und nicht nur vom Buffet essen kann, sondern das Personal hat es nie angeboten! Random Wartungsmänner, die in unser Zimmer um 9 Uhr einreisen, sogar dachte, wir vereinbarten vorab die Zeit war 12 Uhr! Keine Heizung in der ersten Zimmer führt zu einer Änderung in den Zimmern, aber ohne Bad und ohne Entschuldigungen! Hat bis 1am warten, bis ein kleiner tragbarer Fan Heizung geliefert und das Zimmer heizt! Kredit angeboten für keine Heizung nicht tatsächlich auf das Finale angewendet werden Fahrzeug! Zimmerservice-App funktioniert nicht! etc.). Nach meinen Beschwerden wurden Emma gemacht, hat sie ihr Bestes getan, um zu helfen.

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out. However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

Let's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night. - The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing. - Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed! To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Restaurant im Hotel war absolut erstaunlich, Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen alle unsere Lebensmittel waren lecker. Und der Preis war sehr vernünftig. Ich würde sicher zurück in dieses Hotel kommen, wenn ich nach Sydney komme. Highly recommend 👍🏼

The service was excellent!!! The staff are very accommodating and go above and beyond to help their guests with any and all travel needs. The hotel is also beautiful and in the perfect location. I’d definitely go back when I’m in Sydney again!

Spent 5 nights in this hotel during NYE to New Year. Location is close to train station, just 2 min walk from Green Square train station, from which you can access to city conveniently. There's a McDonald's right next door, so you can get food even during public holidays. There is Woolworths supermarket right across the street and a couple of restaurants, mostly Asian cuisines. Room was quiet and clean and the facilities (air conditioning with heat and cold functions, microwave oven, expresso machine, washer and dryer) are good quality items and easy to use. The sleeping duck mattress was comfy, and pillows are just normal soft and firm pillows; however I wish the hotel can provide mattress topper because I prefer firm mattresses. Even though I brought my own contour pillow with me, I still got headache with neck pain for the last 3 days of stay due to mattress. Also there was a sudden emergency evacuation alarm on the morning of 30th Dec. and all hotel guests were asked to evacuate immediately. The alarm occurred 2 times that morning and I woke up suddenly so I couldn't sleep well that day. Overall this hotel is good for stay and I wish to return to this hotel again if they provide firm mattresses or mattress toppers next time.

Zimmer ist geräumig, r-Dienstleistungen gut, Fitnessraum zu klein, das größte Problem ist die Lärmisolation ist wirklich schlecht, es so laut, Sie hören Autos durch, alle Arten von Lärm sind da, neben der Tür, oder Menschen auf dem Korridor, sie müssen das verbessern. Das ist so störend!

Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß und modern und es war interessant, eine alte Werft zu renovieren. Während meines Aufenthalts stieß ich jedoch auf eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Ich rief die Rezeption an, um sofort zu helfen. Nicht nur, dass sie nicht beseitigt wurde, aber ein zweiter erschien. Die Rezeption sagte nur kühl, dass heute Abend ausgebucht sei und sie das Zimmer nicht wechseln könnten. Später gab uns das Personal nur ein anderes Zimmer, nachdem wir wiederholt darauf bestanden hatten, dass wir nicht bleiben könnten. Dann bekamen wir im Nachhinein keine Entschädigung. Das Auftreten von Kakerlaken in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist sehr inakzeptabel. Die Serviceeinstellung ist nicht gut genug. Auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen.
