The location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!

The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential. However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.
