Das Hotel wirkt von außen unscheinbar, um so mehr wurden wir innen überrascht. Die Zimmer im Kolonialstil eingerichtet gruppieren sich um einen Patio mit kleinem Pool, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Hängematten. Dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert, mit Eierspeisen nach Wahl, frischen Früchten, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und kompetent. Wir haben bedauert, dass wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren. Zum Zentrum von Merida gelangt man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im 1. Stock. Das Haus ist perfekt hergerichtet und auch eingerichtet. Wunderschön. Auch kleine Details sind mit Liebe und Sorgfalt gemacht. Zwei Dinge passen auf diesem Niveau und bei diesem Preis nicht: 1. das 60m gelegene pub El Catrin macht bis 01:30 Lärm. Die Musik hört man in den oberen Zimmern leider besonders gut. Das Haus kann nichts für das Lokal, aber es mindert eben die Schlafqualität 2. Speck und Espresso werden beim Frühstück extra verrechnet. Das muß nicht sein!

Excellent Boutique Hotel in a great location. The staff was great! Mario was our waiter at breakfast each morning and he educated us on the culture, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious!! Rooms and pool were really nice. Loved our stay here!

This was a fantastic hotel for this area. we paid extra for the master suite and extra for the junior suite for my son and his wife. Very good service. Especially Mario took care of us every day. However, for the four nights we were the toilet never worked, and we had to walk down to steep staircase every night to the pool to use the pool outside bathroom despite repeated request to the front desk to Management and they never repaired the toilet. At check out I requested some type of discount for this inconvenience. I was told because we had been using toilet paper they could not accommodate us financially! No one ever instructed us nor are there any signs in the bathroom, tell you not to put toilet in the toilet. Which I think is incorrect for a $500 hotel you can’t put toilet paper in the toilet! I will never return to this hotel again.

Amazing hotel with the most kind and knowledgeable staff. We loved our rooms, the pool and the atmosphere. Breakfast was superb with fresh sequenced orange juice to start the daily adventures off right.

Quiet, tastefully decorated, 5-star boutique hotel with excellent breakfast and service. Small and personal. Turndown service. The hotel is located in Barrio de Santa Ana on 47th street, which is so spruced up that it resembles a movie set.

Such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting however the pool was unusable due to pods falling from the tree above! They littered the area and fell all day long which was annoying. Without that issue I would give it 5 stars!

We stayed at this charming hotel over a particularly hot period and it is an oasis. The rooms are large and well appointed and the location is great. There was a lot of construction going on outside as the area is being upgraded as a restaurant piercing ( which will be fabulous) but the noise was not noticeable once inside the walls of the hotel.

Beautiful and quaint. Very clean with beds that were so comfortable. The staff are a 10+ Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Has a very romantic setting nestled in trees. The bathrooms are spacious enough for a couple to share with cool counter space for women.
