Es gibt unsererseits verschiedene Bewertungen für dieses Hotel und unsere Ferien. Personal - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Beim Frühstück hatten wir sehr viele tolle Gespräche und erfuhren viel über das Land und die Leute. In der Sportsbar Arena erhält man stets zu sehr leckerem Essen ein Lächeln und super tolle Bedienung. So auch das Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich und machten gute Arbeit! Vielen herzlichen Dank - macht weiter so❤️ Auch die verschiedenen Animationen waren nicht aufdringlich und stets sehr freundlich. Essen - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Immer sehr lecker und gute Auswahl! Es hat sogar 4 vegane Menus in der Sportsbar. Zimmer - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Etwas veraltet aber immer noch ok, gross und sauber. Sehr ringhörig - da gewisse Gäste nicht wirklich Rücksicht auf Zeit und andere Gäste nahmen, aber auch weil die Wände wie auch die Türen eher dünn sind. Leider hatten wir kein Zimmer mit Balkon, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Lage - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Etwas abseits der anderen grossen Hotels, deshalb ist es auch ruhiger und war für uns perfekt. Mit dem ÖV kann man gut und sehr unkompliziert nach Cancun fahren. Concierge & Prozesse - ⭐️ Wir erlebten die Menschen am Concierge-Pult als eher unfreundlich und inkompetent. Beim einchecken mussten wir einen Bon fotografieren, damit wir in den Hotel eigenen Restaurants Rabatt erhielten. Diesen mussten wir bei jedem Essen zeigen. Weshalb kann man dies nicht bei der Zimmernummer hinterlegen und bei der Abrechnung den Rabatt abziehen?? Für eine Frage (ob wir ein Taxi reservieren müssten) wurden wir 3x an eine andere Person weitergeleitet. Schlussendlich wollten sie uns noch Ausflüge verkaufen, doch die Frage mit dem Taxi hatten wir immer noch nicht beantwortet. Nach ca.15 Minuten erhielten wir dann die Antwort „ah, nein Taxis hat es immer hier“ Beim einchecken hatten wir die Möglichkeit anzugeben, ob wir jeden Tag eine Zimmerreinigung benötigen. Wir kreuzten dies mit „nein“ an. Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort…am 3. Tag um 17:00 Uhr wurde unser Zimmer das erstmal gemacht.

Haven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. Sie konnten nicht einen Buzz aus den Getränken bekommen, es sei denn, Sie injizierten es direkt in Ihre Veneen. Das einzige große Restaurant war das italienische. Der Kaffeeshop war auch fantastisch. Die Pools waren schön, und es gab immer Strand und Poolbetten verfügbar. Das Personal ist sehr warm und freundlich. Unser Jacuzzi hat nie richtig gearbeitet und es ergab, dass Sie die Außenlichter ausschalten müssen, um es zu arbeiten, was wir nie erzählt wurden. Die Nachtaktivitäten und der Club sind ein bisschen Käse, aber das Personal tut das Beste, was sie können. Große Schreie an Pamela, Alfredo, Eli und John, die absolut zu viel Personal waren. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Regenschlaf ist erstaunlich! Ich denke, der Gesamtwert für Erfahrung ist auf der Grundlage von Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken überpreist.

It was our first time at an all inclusive, and we booked at the Hideaway at the Royalton Riviera. Some of the reviews we saw said that the resort was incredibly rundown and in poor shape, and that was not our experience at all. There is some construction going on at the resort but it's being done as unobtrusively as possible. Room: 9/10 - good bed, brightly lit, good pillows, AWESOME shower, plenty of products in both shower and mini bar. The water took a minute to stop smelling funny in the shower, but cleared up after a few minutes of running it. Food: 6/10 - I would say this is not the resort to go to if you're a foodie. The food is fine, but nothing to write home about. Dorado was the best restaurant, and if you're in the hideaway section, go there for lunch every day. Caribbean restaurant was good as well. Zen,the teppanyaki restaurant was fine, the cook didn't cook the bean sprouts when he was cooking the rest of the vegetables, which is a shame cause I love bean sprouts. The online menu also said there was supposed to be soup and dessert which never showed up, but we also didn't realize that until afterwards. The food we did have was again good, standard teppanyaki fare: steak, chicken, salmon, and fried rice, but nothing to write home about. Stay away from Taj if you're a fan of Indian food, you'll only be disappointed, and you can get the same recipes on the buffet. Drinks: 9/10 - The cocktails are good. Provided you're alright with mostly samey sweet fruity boozy concoctions. Which I am. Coffee was a pleasant surprise! Both drip coffee in restaurants and the cafe off the lobby were quite good. Juice bar in the buffet in the mornings is awesome as well. Staff: 10/10 everyone we met was super friendly. Special shout-out to Alfonso and Yessica at the beach bar, they were great. Pools:10/10 We only spent time at the hideaway pool, and it was a good time. Chill in the morning and got rowdier as the day went on, which was fun. The Pisces bar under the Dorado was closed for construction which was a shame cause that's definitely where we would have hung out. Shows: 10/10- we didn't sit and watch but one show, but walked past several and they all seemed fun. Fire breathing, acrobatics, and some traditional dance. Something was happening every day, and there were little popup things throughout the days as well. A tuna carving demonstration, several cooking demonstrations, pop up musical acts, really made the place feel vibrant. Beach: 10/10 saved the best for last. Much more relaxed than the hideaway pool. Less crowded. Less going on. Great place to just chill. The first few days were in the wake of a tropical storm that buzzed the area, so there was a lot of seaweed, but by the third day here, the beach and ocean had cleared up and the beach was a downright pleasant place to stay. Now, all that being said, don't expect a sugar sand crystal clear water beach experience here, it's not that. But it's a fine beach to spend an

Was für eine tolle, kleine, feine Unterkunft. So viel Liebe zum Detail, Angefangen von den Handtüchern, Pflegeprodukten, Ausstattung, Duft (man konnte unter 3 Düften wählen für den Raum und die Wäsche) die Anlage super gepflegt, eine Oase mitten im Dschungel, eine eigene Cenote in die man eintauchen kann, der Pool wunderbar. Jede Bubble hat ihren eigenen Jacuzzi im Außenbereich. Der Außenbereich ist sehr privat und das Erlebnis in der Bubble ist zur Tages und Nachtzeit fantastisch. Das Restaurant ist toll gelegen und das Frühstück wunderbar. Andere Mahlzeiten und Getränke waren etwas zu teuer und wenn man kein Auto hat muss man dort essen. Das Team war unbeschreiblich toll, sie gaben einem sofort und zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein und jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Katia, Nancy und Ximena, aber auch alle Anderen waren großartig. Vielen Dank für diese 3 wundervollen Nächte und die liebevolle Betreuung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

자연친화적인 곳이에요. 자전거를 타고 호텔을 구경하며 코아티, 도마뱀, 이구아나까지 여러 동물도 만날 수 있었어요. 바로 앞 바닷가도 멋지고, 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 식당도 많아서 호텔에 있는 동안 행복했습니다.

We booked a penthouse room with a pool and were super excited based on the photos and reviews we had seen online. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Firstly, the hotel is located in a shopping center ***** with a shared parking lot, which was unexpected. The check-in experience was underwhelming; the staff seemed preoccupied and almost annoyed by our presence. They spoke only to my partner, who is a native Spanish speaker, and largely ignored me, despite advertising as a bilingual facility. Upon receiving our keycard, we found it did not unlock the room. We turned back to go to the reception are, only to be informed that we needed a different room, with no explanation given. The new room was a few doors down and initially seemed okay but was very dark and had an uninspiring view of construction and rooftops of local housing. The private plunge pool was on a second level, accessed by a winding staircase which had cracks and missing chunks from some of the steps. The pool area itself was in poor condition: chairs without cushions, a loose floor board with a hole, and neglected plants. The pool water was dirty with debris, making it unusable. Inside the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke (we did not request a smoking room). The pillowcase had stains that looked like dead bug guts, and the bathroom towel had a clump of shaved hair prominently placed on it—which was revolting. When we reported this to the staff, the manager appeared indifferent but promised clean towels and a thorough room check. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, where the shrimp tacos were editable but fried, despite the menu not indicating this. The main guest pool water was somewhat cloudy and had visible debris, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned recently. Returning to our room, the cigarette smoke smell persisted. Further inspection revealed a clump of long, dark hair in the shower, entangled with what appeared to be a used tampon. That was the final straw. We left immediately and requested a refund, which, to their credit, was processed without issue.

Wir kennen einige Dreams Hotels. Das ist ein neueres Hotel. Sie haben ein tolles Konzept, welches sehr wandelbar ist. Es ist nicht riesig, es isch überschaubar und trotzdem hat es alles. Mit dem Buggy muss man leider immer den Lift nehmen. In der Lobbyzone (draussen) windet es extrem. In der untere Etage ( Pool) spürt man den Wind kaum. Service toll, Kinderpool war mega, nicht tief und einfacher Einstieg. Coole Rutschbahnen und „Seilbahn“. Kidsclub war schön und lange geöffnet. Essen war sensationell. Leider konnten wir nicht alle testen.

We just returned from a week at this resort. We are prestige members and this was one of the best experiences we have had so far. We had Friday and Armando as butlers and they were both excellent! They ended up being like family by the time we left. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and correct for us. We couldn’t ask for better service from them. The resort was nice and clean, they had 4 places to eat, and about to have another soon, along with a lunch place (I think License to Chill). Landshark, JWB Steakhouse, Frank and Lola’s and the boathouse. The room we had (469) had an infinite pool that looked out over the property and towards the ocean. It was nice and always kept clean by the day maid Martina (I think I spelled that correctly). We will definitely be back again!
