Ein großartiger Ort zum Übernachten in Nairobi. Das Studio ist geräumig und daher besonders für längere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert. Es bietet viel Bewegungsfreiheit und einen Service wie in einem Hotel. Alles, was Sie brauchen, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden und die Sicherheit ist erstklassig. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

Check in process was smooth and fast. Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, kind and flexible. The location is convenient- very close to the airport and city centre. Food is brilliant - we booked half-board and enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner, with variety of food on offer. Some areas of improvement: We asked for a baby cot but what was provided was an old dirty wooden bed with adult linen/ bedding - not appealing at all and lacked that babyish touch - not given some clear thought. It appears as though the hotel isn't ready for families with babies/infants! The management should seriously think of giving facilities an uplift to ensure clients have a peaceful and memorable experience. For example the rubber lining on the refrigerator in our room (we hooked an Executive room! ) was so dirty. The landline phones are old fashioned and some not functional. Also it took too long for the phones to be answered, while in some cases never answered at all, and worse still no follow up call back. There was also this disturbing intermittent noise (sounded like a machine) around the 11th floor that disrupted our sleep at night. These issues and lack of details do not match the star rating of this hotel. A great hotel, but one whose facilities have been neglected! We may come back, just for the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food!

Ich hatte zwei Übernachtungen von Samstag bis Sonntag gebucht, da mein Flug am Montag um 1 Uhr nachts ging. Ich war gerade von einer Safari zurück und total erschöpft. Ich hoffte, mich etwas ausruhen zu können. Leider begann es am Sonntag gegen 4 Uhr morgens mit starkem Lärm aus dem Zimmer direkt gegenüber. Anscheinend hielt sich eine Gruppe in mehreren Zimmern auf, schrie und ging ständig zwischen ihnen hin und her. Ich rief zweimal an der Rezeption an, und obwohl die Rezeptionistin freundlich war und sich umgehend um die Gruppe kümmerte, hielt der Lärm an, und schließlich gab ich den Versuch zu schlafen auf. Am Nachmittag funktionierten dann auch noch Wasserhahn und Dusche in meinem Zimmer nicht mehr. Ich musste erneut anrufen, um das Problem beheben zu lassen, und selbst nachdem es behoben war, gab es kein warmes Wasser. Ich musste eiskalt duschen. Trotzdem hat mir das Essen und das Ambiente des Hotels sehr gut gefallen – die afrikanischen Artefakte in den Fluren und die hohen Decken verliehen dem Ort eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Es ist genau die Art von Atmosphäre, in die ich gerne zurückkehren würde. Aufgrund der Störungen und Unannehmlichkeiten, die ich erlebt habe, werde ich aber wohl nicht wiederkommen, es sei denn, es ist unbedingt notwendig.

Das Hotel ist gut, das ist der letzte Tag, der Geschmack der Abwasserstraße ist ausgebrochen, noch nie. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist einfach, aber geeignet für die Verwendung, der Geschäftsreise ist eine gute Wahl!

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt im EKA. Ich kam 8 Stunden vor der Check-in-Zeit an, da ich eine Nacht gebucht hatte. Leider war mein Anschlussflug am selben Tag, sodass ich keine Nacht im Hotel verbringen konnte. Ich bin so dankbar, dass ich ohne zusätzliche Kosten früher einchecken durfte. Ein Pluspunkt für die Flexibilität des Hotelmanagements. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Prideinn Westlands. Von der Hauptstraße entfernt, um Sie mit ruhiger Nacht, Spazierfahrt zu Malls, Supermärkten, Speisegelenke und Cafés zu sichern.

Die Umwelt ist sehr gut, wenn nur einige Wildtiere aufgezogen werden. Das Frühstück ist gut, Frühstück und Abendessen, Barbecue für eine Nacht, um die Show zu sehen, europäisches Abendessen für eine Nacht. Beide sind ziemlich gut. Mittags wird es neben dem Einkaufszentrum gelöst. Nicht zu viele Gäste, geeignet für den Urlaub.

Ein normales Hotel, auf die chinesische Diaspora ausgerichtet, sicher.Ryadh Einkaufszentrum mit Geschäften und Lebensmitteln, gibt es Erinnerungen. Im Prinzip der Normen.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on May 4, 2025, and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, in a safe and secure neighborhood. The hotel is gated with visible security, and even Uber drivers are required to state their purpose before entering, which I appreciated as it made me feel safe. There’s also a guard stationed at the entrance to the rooms, adding an extra layer of security. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night’s sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings. The reception staff were friendly and hospitable, making check-in smooth and welcoming. A shopping mall is just a 15-minute walk away, or a short Uber ride costing less than $2. The hotel is also easy to locate. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.
