Die Wohnung war wirklich nett eingerichtet, wie die Fotos, und es gab eine große Auswahl an Küchenartikeln für die Küche. Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe und auch ein paar Lebensmittelplätze. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen, hier zu bleiben, der Gastgeber war sehr responsiv. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber zum ersten Mal drehte ich die Dusche auf sie überschwemmt. Die Gastgeber waren reaktiv und schickten jemanden, um sie zu entschlüsseln, was zeigte, dass eine Menge Haare verantwortlich war. Außer dieser alles war spotless. Beachten Sie - ich fragte, wie man den Pool zugreifen und wurde gesagt, es würde mehr Geld kosten (nicht viel mehr aus der Erinnerung) und ich müsste meine Biometrie mit dem Personal registrieren, um zu kommen.

Es bietet viel Bewegungsfreiheit und einen Service wie in einem Hotel. Alles, was Sie brauchen, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden und die Sicherheit ist erstklassig. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Dieses Hotel war einfach fantastisch. Ich war rundum positiv überrascht und beeindruckt. Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung und vor allem die Professionalität des Personals haben mir sehr gefallen. John an der Rezeption war großartig. Er erkannte meinen Silber-Status und hatte Macarons und Pralinen auf meinem Zimmer bereitgestellt. Auch Nick vom Concierge-Service war super; beide haben sich außerordentlich um mich gekümmert. Die Zimmer waren ein Traum: Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Einrichtung traumhaft und die Auswahl an Fernsehsendern riesig. Der Zimmerservice brachte ein selbstgemachtes Kaffee-Gesichtspeeling, das wunderbar war und meine Haut wunderbar weich machte. Die Dachterrassenbar und das Restaurant sind ein absolutes Muss; Ambiente, Essen, Getränke und Aussicht sind erstklassig. Dies ist mein liebstes Hilton-Hotel, in dem ich je war.

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

Ich habe hier alleine übernachtet. Ich kam nach 19:30 Uhr am internationalen Flughafen Jomo Kenyatta in Kenia an und konnte das Hotel betreten, obwohl die Check-in-Zeit bereits abgelaufen war. Am nächsten Morgen sollte ich um 7:00 Uhr für die Safari abgeholt werden, daher war mein Aufenthalt sehr kurz. Das Personal war jedoch so freundlich, mir alles zu erklären, obwohl ich nichts wusste. Ich machte mir große Sorgen um die Sicherheit des Hotels, aber der Fahrer brachte mich sogar zu einem nahegelegenen Geldautomaten. Es gab ein Frühstücksbuffet, und der Koch machte mir Omeletts. Alles war köstlich. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber die Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber, und ich wünschte, ich hätte etwas mehr Zeit zum Entspannen verbringen können! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. Vielen Dank.

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

I stayed at this camp expecting an adventurous experience, but it did not quite meet my expectations. The price was very high for what you get—essentially just a tent with a toilet quite far away (try walking at 3 am under umbrella to the toilet with +14C🫩). While the adventure aspect is there, it felt like overpaying, especially considering the costs for similar accommodations in this country. On the positive side, the bed was really comfortable, and the tent was cozy, which made for a good night’s sleep. The territory of the camp was nice, and breakfast was excellent, adding some value to the stay. Overall, I have mixed feelings. I liked some parts of the experience, mainly the cozy sleep and the breakfast, but I would not come back or pay this amount of money again. For the price, it is not worth it in this destination. PS shout out to the staff, they are fantastic and very nice

Schöne Lage. Schöne große Zimmer. Der Zimmerservice ist immer etwas verspätet. Es sollte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl beim vegetarischen Frühstück geben. Eine Sache, die in einem Hotel wie diesem wirklich verstörend ist, ist, dass sie dafür bezahlen, selbst wenn Sie im Hotel auf Ihren Check-in warten und nach Wasser fragen.

Die Umwelt ist sehr gut, wenn nur einige Wildtiere aufgezogen werden. Das Frühstück ist gut, Frühstück und Abendessen, Barbecue für eine Nacht, um die Show zu sehen, europäisches Abendessen für eine Nacht. Beide sind ziemlich gut. Mittags wird es neben dem Einkaufszentrum gelöst. Nicht zu viele Gäste, geeignet für den Urlaub.
