Apartment is in Medan City, around 1h car ride from Kualanamu airport. It is next to DeliPark Mall which has everything you need. View from the room is calming.

The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

I booked 2 deluxe rooms with queen bed but was given 2 superior rooms with single beds. Reason being they'ee full and no rooms available. We were moved to deluxe room on second day. Amenities lacking, insufficient shower gel. No ear buds. Towels worn out. Rooms lack maintanence. Worn out and tired. Bwd sheet with stains The only upside is the location and a few friendly staffs.

Das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich habe wieder gebucht, da meine vorherige Erfahrung gut war. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind gut und kooperativ. Obwohl, ich musste ein paar Probleme, die gelöst waren, aber es war gut. Das Essen ist sehr geschmackvoll und kompatibel vernünftig. Ich würde lieber noch einmal buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Medan komme.

Schöne Lage, Komfortzimmer, wir reservierten Verbindungsraum und es ist ein tolles Zimmer! Der einzige Vorschlag für das Hotel, Pool Handtücher und wechselnde Zimmer, denn wenn zwei mit Kindern reisen, suchen sie Pool, und es ist nicht schön, das Zimmer Handtücher zu verwenden. Hoffentlich werden sie in diese Angelegenheit schauen. Frühstücksfutter ist gut, und schmeckt, auch die Geschwindigkeit der Rückfüllung sehr langsam. Insgesamt sehr gute Erfahrung und empfohlen für einen Reisenden, der sich um Komfort zu bleiben sucht. Zusätzlich, für Reisende, die nach einer hellen Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist es nicht empfohlen, weil sie nur begrenzte Beleuchtung im Zimmer, mehr n ein wenig dunkel Beleuchtung im Zimmer auch der Parkplatz ist begrenzt.

First of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .

The room was very spacious for a family, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. We were very comfortable staying there for almost a week. The three rooms made us feel at home. However, there were no kitchen utensils. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. We will be back again.

This hotel is located exactly at the center point between Merdeka Walk and Kesawan, which makes the location very strategic. During our stay, there happened to be the 80th TNI anniversary celebration, so the roads were closed and we couldn’t check out on time that’s how close and central this hotel is. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The hotel is clean, and our deluxe room was quite spacious. However, the interior is quite old. From the photos it looks modern, but in reality, most of the furniture is dated. The breakfast was decent. they served roti jala with curry, and honestly, it tasted really good! My Malay taste buds totally approved 😋 The building itself looks nice and not gloomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a good location, clean rooms, and friendly service just keep in mind that it’s an old hotel in terms of interior design.

Es war ein wenig überrascht, als es ein Handtuch in der Handtuch gab, aber es war wahrscheinlich aus dem Handtuchschrank gefallen und neben der Tatsache, dass das Hotel gut ist, gibt es kein Problem. Ein Bier war etwa 50.000 Rupiah, eine Pizza war etwa 78.000 Rupiah für eine spezielle, frisches etwa 30.000. Alles geschmackte gut so sehr glücklich mit diesem. Zu dem Preis sagte ich es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel.
