Die Lage ist in erster Linie, die Hygieneumgebung ist gut, das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Sauna-Service, der Rezeption ist sehr professionell und enthusiastisch, obwohl in einer sehr wohlhabenden Region, aber immer noch sehr ruhig schlafen. Das Einzige, was ist, ist, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, dass das Auto nicht sehr bequem ist, Gepäck zu transportieren.

Wir verbrachten vier Tage in Tiflis und brauchten nicht jeden Tag ein Taxi. Die meisten beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Rückkehr zum Hotel nach einem anstrengenden Abend war sicher. Einige Zimmer bieten sogar einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Statue der Mutter von Georgien. ✨Neue und durchdachte Ausstattung Da es sich um ein 2024 neu eröffnetes Hotel handelt, sind die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche makellos und wirken überhaupt nicht altmodisch. Die Wasserspender in jedem Flur sind unglaublich praktisch; heißes Wasser ist in Georgien ein Kinderspiel, sodass man sich problemlos Kaffee oder Instantnudeln zubereiten kann. Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee stehen in der Lobby zur Verfügung – eine wirklich nette Geste. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht übergroß, aber gut durchdacht und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen mit Gepäck. 👩💼Herzlicher und aufmerksamer Service Das Personal an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich, beantwortete jede Frage und gab Reisetipps. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker und wurde ab 6:30 Uhr serviert, sodass man auch mit einem frühen Bus ein warmes Frühstück genießen konnte. Für eine Accor-Marke der Mittelklasse ist das Management wirklich kompetent, und ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. 💡 Ein Tipp: Wenn Sie mit einer großen Gruppe und viel Gepäck reisen, sollten Sie auf Stauraum achten. Insgesamt waren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Komfort einwandfrei. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich Tiflis besuche!

Meine Erfahrung bei Sandali metheki war erstaunlich,Frühstücksgeschmack so erstaunlich, die Mitarbeiter sind so hilfsbereit und sehr nett mit Top-Notch Professionalität 🥰, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zugänglich für verschiedene Teile der Stadt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt neben der Altstadt von Tiflis. Man kann ein paar hundert Meter laufen, um den Altstadtstil zu spüren, und man kann 100 Meter zu den Schwefelbädern laufen. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Speisekarte auf Chinesisch ist gut und es gibt eine Restaurantbar auf dem Dach, die bis 14 Uhr geöffnet ist Wenn du müde bist, kannst du nach oben gehen, um etwas zu trinken. In Anbetracht der Lage, des Preises und des Service ist es insgesamt eine gute Wahl für eine Reise nach Tiflis.

Awesome location! Genau neben dem Hotel gibt es 2 Restaurants - Puri und Rigi, beide sind awesome und bei beiden können Sie einen Rabatt erhalten, wenn Sie im Moxi bleiben. Sie machen sehr schöne Willkommen trinken bei der Ankunft. Sehr zentrale Lage in Tbilisi so definitiv empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragendrecht neben der Tbilisi-Konzerthall und in einem einfachen Zugang zum Stadtzentrum, Restaurants und Attraktionen. Es ist sowohl bequem als auch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern, geräumig und sehr sauber, mit komfortablen Betten und gemütlichen Einrichtungen. Alles fühlte sich gut gepflegt und stilvoll, reflektierend die Qualität der Mercure-Marke. Das Personal stand wirklich aus: freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, mit Empfehlungen oder Anfragen zu helfen. Ein- und Auschecken waren reibungslos und effizient. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, bietet sowohl lokale als auch internationale Optionen. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels ist ruhig und willkommen, so dass es ideal für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte ist. Ich würde Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic definitiv empfehlen und würde glücklich hier nochmal bleiben.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

Wunderbar Aufenthalt in Tbilisi! Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Hotel Orion zu bleiben. Alles war wunderbar! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit frischen, sauberen Handtüchern und einem großen, sehr komfortablen Bett. Eine der Highlights war der Balkon mit einem Patio-Set, mit schönem Blick. Das Personal war super freundlich und willkommen. Das Frühstück war lecker, und die Dame, die es serviert, war außergewöhnlich süß und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel!

Das exquisite und gute Hotel, der Kellner ist sehr zufrieden mit der Hilfe. Es gibt einen Klavierspieler am Tag, das Zimmer ist komfortabel und das Hotel-Restaurant im unteren Stock ist es wert, zu versuchen, eine hervorragende Lage, am Fluss des Stadtzentrums, zu Fuß überall zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist auch möglich, der Balkon ist sehr überrascht, dass ich das alte Edelhaus renovierte Hotel bin. Ein Schritt vom Cambridge-Markt entfernt, der Preis ist sehr hoch. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Zimmer in der Nähe der Straße mit Lärm ist, aber niemand auf der Straße am Abend kann es immer noch.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
