Meine Erfahrung bei Sandali metheki war erstaunlich,Frühstücksgeschmack so erstaunlich, die Mitarbeiter sind so hilfsbereit und sehr nett mit Top-Notch Professionalität 🥰, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zugänglich für verschiedene Teile der Stadt. Ein exzellentes, stilvolles und modernes Hotel. Die komfortablen, geräumigen Zimmer verfügen über bequeme Betten, tägliche Zimmerreinigung und Wasser im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Check-in und Check-out erfolgen selbstständig. Das Barpersonal ist hilfsbereit und kümmert sich auch um Eiswürfelwünsche. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist das Fehlen von Kühlschränken und Teesets in den Zimmern, aber das ist kaum der Rede wert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Metro und des Stadtzentrums, aber für den Preis ist sie hervorragend, da sich Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt im Stadtzentrum von Tiflis. Die Lobby ist stilvoll eingerichtet und der Service an der Rezeption ist auch gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Zutaten sind sehr gut. Sie können BORJOMI nach Belieben trinken Wie. Das Frühstück ist ein bisschen schwierig. Der Kundenservice von Ctrip ist wie immer großartig. Das Problem wurde schnell gelöst!

Ich hatte auch Probleme mit dem heißen Wasser in der Nacht, die ca. 3–4 Stunden dauerte, um zu lösen. Nach einer langen und müde Reise, musste warten bis 11:30 Uhr, um endlich eine Dusche zu nehmen, war besonders enttäuschend und wirklich beeinflusst meinen Gesamtaufenthalt. Außerdem habe ich während meines Besuchs ein paar Situationen getroffen, die die Standards nicht widerspiegelten, die ich von einem Hotel 4-star erwarten würde. Insgesamt ist es ein anständiger Ort, aber die Erfahrung fiel nicht so weit, wie ich es erwartet hatte.

Das exquisite und gute Hotel, der Kellner ist sehr zufrieden mit der Hilfe. Es gibt einen Klavierspieler am Tag, das Zimmer ist komfortabel und das Hotel-Restaurant im unteren Stock ist es wert, zu versuchen, eine hervorragende Lage, am Fluss des Stadtzentrums, zu Fuß überall zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist auch möglich, der Balkon ist sehr überrascht, dass ich das alte Edelhaus renovierte Hotel bin. Ein Schritt vom Cambridge-Markt entfernt, der Preis ist sehr hoch. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Zimmer in der Nähe der Straße mit Lärm ist, aber niemand auf der Straße am Abend kann es immer noch.

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

Ich bin froh mit meinem Aufenthalt im Ramada. Ich mag wirklich den Hammam und das Dampfzimmer, es war wirklich entspannend. Das Zimmer ist sauber, es gibt Schläuche, Badezubehör, Tee, Kaffee, Wasser. Es war warm im Januar. Das Bett ist groß und ziemlich weich. Das Personal ist freundlich, vor allem dank Saba S. an der Rezeption des Hotels, die das Problem gelöst hat. Der Jacuzzi ist klein, aber gemütlich und entspannt, es gibt einen Innenpool, der im Winter arbeitet, ein Fitnessraum. Die Lage ermöglicht es, ins Stadtzentrum zu gehen, die Stadt kennen zu lernen, aber auch gab es keine Probleme, um in die Nähe von Metrostation und nehmen ein Taxi. Ich würde hier wiederkommen.

The welcome was very friendly, almost VIP-like, and made an excellent first impression. The room had a beautiful design and a stunning view. The dining area also offered a lovely view, which made breakfast more enjoyable. The shower was very good, and the air conditioning worked well, although it could have been slightly cooler. Breakfast was good and was served from 7 to 11, which was convenient. However, I missed whole grain bread. The hotel is well connected by public transport, with a metro station nearby and bus stops even closer. The area is pleasant because of the river view, although it has fewer restaurants, parks, and lively places nearby compared with areas such as Rustaveli metro station. A few things could be improved. The fitness room had weights, but not many usable machines.One of thee cups had a few small coffee stains on it, so I felt I should rinse it before use. It would also be nice to have some instant coffee and creamer in the room. One more towel would also make the stay a bit more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and especially appreciated the warm welcome, stylish room, and beautiful views.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
