Alles lief perfekt, guter Service an der Rezeption, ausgezeichnetes Zimmer, sie haben mein Zimmer aufgewertet und meine Wünsche wurden erfüllt, puh, ich bin rundum zufrieden, sehr gut und wenn wir wieder nach Bilbao kommen, werden wir es wiederholen.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sauber, neu... In diesem Sinne ist es sehr gut, aber sie haben uns in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer untergebracht, der Schrank war sehr niedrig und man konnte nichts lange aufhängen, die Dusche hatte einen Vorhang und er klemmte Für dich, als du geduscht hast, war das eine Überschwemmung. Die Rezeptionistin, sehr nett und freundlich, entschuldigte sich bei uns und teilte uns mit, dass kein Zimmer mehr frei sei und dass in diesem Hotel das Behindertenzimmer als normales Zimmer gelte.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend

La estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado. En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Ein schönes Hotel direkt gegenüber dem Stadion San Mames. Sehr ruhig (wenn es kein Spiel natürlich gibt), wirklich freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und anderswo. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnstationen, oder großartige Spaziergang durch den Park nach Guggenheim. Sehr empfohlen

Great location on the river & easy walking distance to everything in Bilbao. Old Town & Guggenheim just 10 minutes away. Staff were very helpful & understood English as my Spanish was not great. My room was spacious, coffee machine fabulous, very quiet & perfect for me. Recommend.

Alles war perfekt. Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Guggenheim Museum. Just a little bemol on the smell of the serviettes and the fact that's only one earlier per person. But it's just a detail and a personal preference everything was perfect and effective!

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, aber der Service lässt viel zu wünschen. Mein Buchungszeitraum war 16 Tage, und ich hatte keine meiner Anfragen beantwortet. Die Reinigung wurde nur einmal gemacht, 2 Tage fehlen für meinen Ausflug. Ich musste alles kaufen, und trotz meiner Anfragen wurde ich nie geholfen. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr nützlich, um eine Menge Zeit zu verbringen. Und die Akademie ist auch sehr interessant.
