Расположение отеля идеальное !!! Напротив музея , до старого города пешком шикарная прогулка !!! Номер очень комфортный . Единственное нет воды в свободном доступе , все платно ! Нет тапочек и халата , принадлежностей для чистки зубов . Еще момент : если окна выходят на город , то внизу напротив есть молодежный клуб ! С открытыми окном не поспать , с закрытым ок ) Завтрак шикарный ! Спасибо за отдых ! До аэропорта 15 мин утром )

La estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado. En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Die Badezimmerausstattung war ausgezeichnet. Das Schlafzimmer war relativ einfach, aber insgesamt sehr sauber. Das Bett war bequem und hatte genau den richtigen Härtegrad. Der Service an der Rezeption war mittelmäßig. Ich hatte das Zimmer bereits im Voraus bezahlt, doch die Rezeption bestand darauf, die Zahlung nicht erhalten zu haben und weigerte sich, dies genauer zu überprüfen. Erst nach dem Eingreifen eines Mitarbeiters von Ctrip konnte das Problem gelöst werden. Obwohl ich zwei Einzelbetten gebucht hatte, bekam ich ohne Verhandlungsspielraum ein Doppelbett. Später wurde mir dann ein Schlafsofa bereitgestellt.

It is located a little distance from the city centre, bus station, and train station, but it was still manageable and worth it for the price. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it for budget travelers. ⭐👍

Liebe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Arriaga! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – im Herzen aller Dinge und super einfach zu gehen überall. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und das Bett war super komfortable. Das Personal war wirklich wunderschön und gab uns einige tolle Tipps für die lokale Pintxo Bars. Die Vibe ist entspannt und unvorstellbar, was wir geschätzt haben. Kleine Bemerkung für leichte Schlafer: bitte um ein Zimmer weg von der Straße, da es etwas lebendig in der Nacht (aber das ist Teil des Charme von in einer tollen Lage!) erhalten kann. Wifi war auch ein bisschen spitzig. Insgesamt, fantastische Wert für Geld. Wäre sicherlich noch einmal hier für einen versehentlichen Stadturlaub! Perfekt für: Reisende, die einen zentralen Platz ohne den Fancy-Preis-Tag wollen.

I stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.
