Review:
1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe.
2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor.
3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all.
4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable.
5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work.
6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

GGastnutzerLocation location location! After a long train ride, you probably do not want to travel further to your lodgings. LaTroupe is just across the street from the train station and although beside a busy traffic junction, it’s very quiet.
Also, the team comes up with various programmes in the evening, between 6-8pm. After that, you can head out for dinner as most restaurants open from after 7 or 8pm. Tabernas in touristy spots are open from the morning thru till late though.

GGalina EfimovaI have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for.
However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

OOlga KhrylovaIn diesem Hotel für 1 Nacht war das Frühstück nicht genommen.
Das Hotel liegt günstig am Fuße vom Busbahnhof und dem Busbahnhof, in der Nähe der alten Stadt. Die anderen Attraktionen sind auch am Fuße. Der öffentliche Verkehr für die Stadtüberprüfung wurde nicht verwendet, nur – ging mit dem U-Bahnhof bis zur Biskayabrücke (und bewegte sich durch den Fluss). Metro, übrigens, auch in 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer ist klein. Keine Lärmisolation. Wenn ich es in Bewertungen lese, konnte ich mir nicht einmal vorstellen, was so war. Jeder Kuck in den Nachbarn wird gehört. 1 Nacht kann gebräuchlich bleiben, aber für eine längere Zeit würde ich nicht empfehlen.
Es gibt keinen Teepot im Zimmer, aber Sie können eine Rezepschchen beantragen. Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. WLAN ist gut.
Bilbao ist eine sehr interessante Stadt, ich empfehle es zu besuchen.

MMija OstercMein Aufenthalt mit dem Hotel Quartier war einfach wunderschön. Sie fühlten sich sofort zu Hause, als Sie durch die Tür gingen. Die Leute fühlen sich wie zu Hause und Sie fühlen sich wirklich sicher. Ich fühlte mich so sehr gut da, mein Bett war auch in perfekter Lage, und ich blieb ziemlich lange. Ich werde nie meine Erfahrung vergessen. Auch das Frühstück war so gut zu haben, Sie konnten sie mit Liebe arbeiten sehen. Ich gebe alle Sterne. Bitte weitermachen, ich hatte so gute Zeit mit Ihnen. Sie waren mein schönes Haus in Bilbao.

GGastnutzerI stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.

TTravelling meThe room was basic but clean and was situated on the outskirts of Bilbao. The sound insulation was terrible and other guests could be heard clearly though the walls. I also found the room very cold and there was no aircon or heating system to help guests stay warm. Reception isn’t 24/7 so no one to ask questions of. I thought the place was massively over priced as it is rather like a youth hostel as there isn’t a joining bathroom facility.

GGastnutzerI was affraid about this hotel, because majority of people who stayed here leave nagative respond. As for bed bug, I couldn't see it for couple of day. Receptionist are quite low key, and Hotel locates at slum area, also bit far away from the central.
Overall, hotel is still decent choice as long as you're in the moment to cut your expenditure off.
