Die Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen sind vollständig und die sanitären Bedingungen gut. Die Umgebung ist elegant. Guter Service. Das Hotel ist die erste Wahl für Geschäftsreisen in Bogota. Die Frühstücksgerichte sind gut und lecker.

First room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request. Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area. Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks. Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Der Service ist super, weil das Auto nicht ins Auto fahren kann, wird der Kellner immer auf die Situation außen aufmerksam machen, und ich denke, dass der Gast von seiner Familie kommt und ihn begrüßt. Die Kommunikation ist auch sehr schwach. Es gibt auch einen Spa, die Massage ist großartig 👍

剛來的晚上，可能沒有空房，隨便安排了一間，但是沒有水，不過前台幫忙安排了熱水，有一個大堂經理很好，中國體質來這邊，怕冷了，小暖風扇給安排上，並且第二天給換了一個更好的房間。然後插排壞掉了，他們沒有辦法修好，拿了兩個插線台板，早餐也還可以，也有熱水。

Es una excelente opción por ubicación y tranquilidad. Si buscas tener una noche extraordinaria en Bogotá. Es una muy buena opción.

Gute Lage in einer sicheren Nachbarschaft. Viele Restaurants in Spazierweiterung. Gesichtserkennung Eingang funktioniert wie ein Charme. Personal ist teuer und sehr reaktiv über WhatsApp. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, nicht dass es ein großes Problem für uns, als wir im Winter geblieben. Die Temperatur für die Dusche war schwierig zu regulieren, ging von kalt bis heiß zeitweise. Die Mitarbeiter konnten mit dem Wasserheizgerät spielen, um die Schwankungen auf ein annehmbares Niveau zu bringen. Hoffentlich war das Problem nur für das Zimmer, das wir geblieben haben. Der Boden könnte mit einer angemessenen Reinigung. Lange Haare in verschiedenen Teilen des Bodens gefunden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in der Altstadt, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr hygienisch. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach, schmeckt aber gut.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
