Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der Boss ist sehr enthusiastisch und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Die beiden Paare und Söhne sind am zufriedensten mit diesem Volk, haha haha! Das nächste Mal haben wir die Chance, wieder zu kommen!

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Aussicht war fantastisch. Da wir Vegetarier sind, hat uns die Rezeptionistin extra vegetarische Gerichte zubereitet, die sehr lecker waren. Die Zubereitungszeit war uns auch sehr willkommen. Der Strand ist etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, allerdings kann man dort nicht schwimmen, hat aber eine schöne Aussicht. Der Shanghai Qi Guan ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet von oben einen fantastischen Blick auf die Insel. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

Der Concierge hat sich im Vorfeld wegen unserer Check-in-Wünsche gemeldet. Der Fahrer des B&B hat uns zum Abendtreffen gefahren, er war super freundlich und ist sehr sicher gefahren, ein großes Lob an ihn!👏 Als wir im Hotel ankamen, hat der Concierge für uns eingecheckt und uns geholfen, die Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen.🫰🏻 Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war ziemlich gut, und es war auch sauber und ordentlich. Am besten gefiel mir, dass das Zimmer relativ trocken war. Zuvor waren die Meerblickzimmer, egal ob in Sanya oder Thailand, meist feucht. Diesmal war das Zimmer trocken, was den Aufenthalt angenehmer machte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte zwar eine begrenzte Auswahl, aber es war frisch und lecker. Die Fleischbrötchen waren gut, der Orangensaft mit Eis war lecker und der Kuchen mit Käsecreme war auch köstlich. Das Mittagessen haben wir einen Tag im Voraus bestellt. Für zwei Personen haben wir etwas über 400 ausgegeben, was ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war und sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Es war die beste Mahlzeit, die wir in unseren drei Tagen in Zhoushan hatten. Alles war sehr frisch. Es gab auch einen Billardraum und einen Fitnessraum. Ich habe mit meinem Mann ein bisschen Billard gespielt, haha, das war mein erstes Mal Billard als Anfängerin. Ich habe es geschafft, in dem B&B zu wohnen, das auch in 'Heart Signal 8' zu sehen war, hahaha. (PS: Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war, dass die kalte Klimaanlage nachts nicht funktionierte. Als jemand, der im Mai immer noch hitzeempfindlich ist, war es mir am Morgen etwas zu warm, hahaha. Aber im Sommer wird sie bestimmt funktionieren. Gestern war es wahrscheinlich aus Angst vor sinkenden Temperaturen nachts, dass nur die Heizung eingeschaltet werden konnte.) Insgesamt war jeder Aufenthalt perfekt.💯

Hotel is near Puji Temple but has really thin walls. The room is in a bad state could tell that it’s time for a makeover.

Der Service des Kerls, der uns vom Flughafen entnommen hat, ist ausgezeichnet. 10/10!!! Unser Gepäck wurde während des Fluges beschädigt, er rief jemanden, um uns zu helfen, es zu reparieren. Wir waren kurz auf Zeit für den Fähren nach Mt Putuo wegen der Wetterbedingungen, an diesem Tag werden die Segel annulliert, (wir haben in dem Wagen zu chatten, als er uns vom Flughafen abholte), Er sagte, wir können einfach die Gepäck auf dem Frontdesk verlassen und dann uns schnell zum Hafen schickt, gut, das haben wir gemacht. Das ist ein toller Kundenservice!!! Er wollte nicht einmal einen Tipp, schließlich gab wir ihm einige trockene Mango-Packungen aus den Philippinen. Der Vordertischmann, obwohl er eine andere Geschichte ist, war er super langsam, wusste nicht, wie die Eincheckung von ausländischen Passinhabern zu behandeln, denke ich. Er hat unsere Passe und musste uns unsere Geburtstagsdaten fragen!! Es war auch für ihn schwierig, die Visumdaten (Verfallsdaten und Ausstellungsdaten) zu verstehen, und er fragte, wann wir angekommen sind, es ist nur da gestempelt gegenüber der Visumseite, wir sind gerade an diesem Tag angekommen, das ist unser erstes Hotel. Jedenfalls ist kostenlos von dem Flughafen zu entnehmen und kostenlos an den Hafen und dann schließlich auch an die Busstation.

We are a big group. Good shuttle service going to hotel. However going back, they didn't inform us that their big van had issues. So when we were there for going back to the ferry, we had to go in batches. Other than that, the trip was peaceful. Outside resto is very famous but food was not spectacular but it was okay. Room smells moldy or cigarette, we got the rooms with windows. Strong shower, nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Situated just off the beach area of DaDaShuan (sp?) this hotel is perfectly placed to access surfing, water bikes, and other beach activities. It also has a wonderfully clean (heated!) swimming pool. Our room itself was excellent for our little family including baby, but the only gripe I would have is the entertainment options on the TV was severely limited to a few select videos and local channels. So if you want to watch your own films and shows, bring a device as you can use the HDMI on the TV. Also, they’re quietly dog friendly.
