Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der Boss ist sehr enthusiastisch und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Die beiden Paare und Söhne sind am zufriedensten mit diesem Volk, haha haha! Das nächste Mal haben wir die Chance, wieder zu kommen!

Dieses Mal bringt ich Baby zu einem Inselurlaub, das Erlebnis ist großartig! Das Hotel ist nicht nur eine hervorragende Lage, sondern der Service ist auch nicht zu wählen. Als Sie sich begeben, sah die Rezeption, dass wir mit unseren Kindern waren. Sehr intim hilfreich, uns kostenlos auf das Elternzimmer zu aktualisieren. Der Raum ist größer und das Zimmer ist auch besonders interessant für Kinder. Das Kind ist sehr glücklich, sobald es die Tür eintritt. Das Überraschungsgesicht ist, dass das Hotel auch schöne Piraten-Erinnerungen liefert, die Details sind voll! Das Zimmer ist auf dem Meer, die Sicht ist sehr gut, der Balkon sieht das Meer sehr heil. Die Toilette ist unverfärbt und die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu. Ob Hardware oder Service sind weit über die Erwartungen hinaus, ist definitiv die erste Wahl für eine Inselreise, die stark für die Familie mit Kindern empfohlen wird! Das Hotel kann unterhalb der Unterkunft gepflastert werden, Fische, sehr lustig, der Außenpool ist sehr sauber und schön.

I had a very good stay at Healray Collection Zhizhu. The hotel is in a great location by the water, and although it’s a little distance from the wharf, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. They were extremely responsive—even when I only requested a pick-up about half an hour before arrival, everything was arranged smoothly. The room was comfortable with modern facilities, and the hotel feels very well renovated and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaning lady was very friendly and would clean the room promptly whenever guests stepped out. Staff were always around and readily available. The reception staff and doorkeeper were also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The location is another plus, with only a short walk to the famous Guanyin statue. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area.

Absolutely incredible stay! The best we’ve had in China. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They formed a WeChat group to help us to communicate, order food, to if we had any questions. The food is absolutely top quality, huge portions and delicious,highly recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once (make sure to place your order 1 day in advance). Good breakfast, even though few European style options. The swimming pool is very clean and absolutely huge with amazing views over the sea and town. Room is very clean, service is good, ver Yu good quality shower gel and shampoo, and anything we needed was brought to us very quickly. The location is the best on the island - a little remote but along the most beautiful stretch of road. You can rent an e-bike right in the car park and the national parks are very close (10 minutes away). Very peaceful stay, felt very at home there. Our favourite feature was the amount to plants in the hotel - smell amazing and make it feel very welcoming. There is also access to a small beach - like your own private entrance to the sea.

Das Hause Suite ist insgesamt klein, das Zimmer ist etwas schmeckhaft. Nach dem Aufenthalt kam der Kellner in die Luftreinigung. Zum ersten Mal wurde es geklaut 😓 Das Service-Ideal muss verbessert werden! Kostenlos mit einem halben Liter Höhlenhafen. Es gibt nicht weit von der Straße und dem Markt für Meeresfrüchte Parken.

Ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen, insbesondere sehr hilfreich und freundliche Dienstleistungen, was auch immer Hilfe benötigt. Sie hat wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in Putuoshan sehr erinnerebar gemacht.

Das war eine der enttäuschendsten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich jemals getroffen habe. Wir wurden nie davon gesprochen, dass die Klimaanlage während der Nacht ausbleiben würde. Aufgrund dieser Entscheidung überhitzten zwei meiner Familienmitglieder und ihre Gesichter rot wurden, und schließlich entwickelten alle im Zimmer eine Fieber. Als wir zum Anbieter um Hilfe gingen, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel den Luftkonditioner ausschließt, weil „die meisten Kunden eine Nahrungsumgebung bevorzugen.“ Diese Entschuldigung ist völlig inakzeptabel. Wenn einige Gäste wünschen warmere Temperaturen, können sie es selbst anpassen. Das Ausschalten der Klimaanlage für alle Gäste ist unverantwortlich. Statt die Frage zu lösen, drückte das Personal die Schuld um, vermieden die Rechenschaftspflicht und bot uns endlich einen Fan als „Lösung“ an, nachdem wir bereits den vollen Preis für ein Zimmer gezahlt hatten, das eine angemessene Kühlung hätte haben sollen. Nur wenn ich endlich meine Stimme erheben und den Manager um sprechen wollte, beschließen sie, den Aircond wieder aufzuhalten. Was ist der Ort, an dem Sie hier bleiben müssen, wenn Sie nur kämpfen müssen, um normalen Klimaanlage zu erhalten, welche Art von Hotel ist das? Diese ganze Erfahrung hat meine Reise völlig zerstört. Der Front Desk Service war ebenso enttäuschend. Sie waren unfreundlich, unreagiert und abschiedslos. Sie ignorierten uns während der Unterhaltung untereinander und reagierten nur, wenn ich meine Stimme erheb. Dieses Verhalten fällt weit unter den professionellen Standards. Ich habe in vielen Hotels geblieben und habe nie einen solchen unprofessionellen und unverantwortlichen Service erlebt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

Situated just off the beach area of DaDaShuan (sp?) this hotel is perfectly placed to access surfing, water bikes, and other beach activities. It also has a wonderfully clean (heated!) swimming pool. Our room itself was excellent for our little family including baby, but the only gripe I would have is the entertainment options on the TV was severely limited to a few select videos and local channels. So if you want to watch your own films and shows, bring a device as you can use the HDMI on the TV. Also, they’re quietly dog friendly.
