I had a very good stay at Healray Collection Zhizhu. The hotel is in a great location by the water, and although it’s a little distance from the wharf, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. They were extremely responsive—even when I only requested a pick-up about half an hour before arrival, everything was arranged smoothly. The room was comfortable with modern facilities, and the hotel feels very well renovated and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaning lady was very friendly and would clean the room promptly whenever guests stepped out. Staff were always around and readily available. The reception staff and doorkeeper were also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The location is another plus, with only a short walk to the famous Guanyin statue. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area.

Absolutely incredible stay! The best we’ve had in China. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They formed a WeChat group to help us to communicate, order food, to if we had any questions. The food is absolutely top quality, huge portions and delicious,highly recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once (make sure to place your order 1 day in advance). Good breakfast, even though few European style options. The swimming pool is very clean and absolutely huge with amazing views over the sea and town. Room is very clean, service is good, ver Yu good quality shower gel and shampoo, and anything we needed was brought to us very quickly. The location is the best on the island - a little remote but along the most beautiful stretch of road. You can rent an e-bike right in the car park and the national parks are very close (10 minutes away). Very peaceful stay, felt very at home there. Our favourite feature was the amount to plants in the hotel - smell amazing and make it feel very welcoming. There is also access to a small beach - like your own private entrance to the sea.

Wenn einige Gäste wünschen warmere Temperaturen, können sie es selbst anpassen. Das Ausschalten der Klimaanlage für alle Gäste ist unverantwortlich. Statt die Frage zu lösen, drückte das Personal die Schuld um, vermieden die Rechenschaftspflicht und bot uns endlich einen Fan als „Lösung“ an, nachdem wir bereits den vollen Preis für ein Zimmer gezahlt hatten, das eine angemessene Kühlung hätte haben sollen. Nur wenn ich endlich meine Stimme erheben und den Manager um sprechen wollte, beschließen sie, den Aircond wieder aufzuhalten. Das Zimmer war sauber, relativ neu, hatte komfortable Betten, Sofa, geräumige Kleiderschrank, Teetisch, TV, Kleidung trocknen Rack. Küche hat Kessel, ein Paar Glas, Tauch. Lage. Es liegt in der Nähe eines Strandes (Nottickets) und einer kleinen Nachbarschaft, wo Sie viele Meeresfrüchte Restaurants finden. 10 Minuten Fahrt entfernt gibt es einen anderen Strand mit vielen Villas und Cafés.
