4-Sterne-Hotels in Hefei

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Das Hotel ist nahe der Türen der verschiedenen Schule in Zhongko, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch, dass wir unsere Kinder zur Prüfung mitbringen. Es ist speziell für uns ein ruhiges Zimmer und eine Begrüßung des Namens von Golden Boat gesendet. Es ist sehr warm. Am nächsten Tag sind wir spät gefahren und haben uns die Zeit verlängert, um zu gehen, es ist zu benutzerfreundlich!

房間非常舒適，我們很晚才到，前台的小賈不厭其煩地告訴我們房間怎麼使用，還親自送我們上房間幫我們拿行李，還送了給我們本來是下午茶的食品變成了宵夜，真是及時雨。所有人員的服務態度都非常好，我們第二天晚上選擇了在他們的餐廳吃飯非常不錯，比外面的農家菜強多了，他們的廚師聽説有30年的廚藝經驗

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It offers great value for money — the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, far bigger than I expected for the price. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. A special thank you to Xiao He 小何 and Xiao Ye 小叶for their warm hospitality and attentive service — they truly made my stay memorable. The breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine service at a great price!

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Hefei, nur wenige Schritte von der lebhaften Huaihelu-Fußgängerzone entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Imbissstände, Geschäfte sowie Freizeitangebote wie Billard, Gokart oder Escape Rooms – abends erstrahlt alles in bunten Lichtern und sorgt für eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr verkehrsgünstig. Wir haben beim Check-in sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten – das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl, und es standen jederzeit kostenlose Getränke zur Verfügung. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.

十分愉快的一次合肥住宿經歷，方萊國際大酒店經開區店給旅途加分不少。酒店環境雅緻乾淨，客房空間大，居住舒適度高。地理位置無可挑剔，靠近地鐵，海洋館、徽園、正大廣場都在周邊，出行遊玩購物特別省事。贈送的自助早午餐超出預期，菜品豐富，口味在線。不管是客房保潔，還是工作人員服務態度，細節都很用心，前台小姐姐特別用熱情體貼。不管獨自出行還是結伴遊玩，都非常推薦這家酒店。

I been staying Novotel at Singapore having very good experiences,but it surprised me for this HeFei Novotel when I request a coffee when having their morning breakfast the waiter just point at the coffee machine and ask me go and get yourself.

Ich hatte schon länger geplant, dorthin zu fahren, habe es aber nie geschafft. Während des Nationalfeiertags wollte ich plötzlich mit meinen Kindern etwas Spaß haben und buchte daher ein Tatami-Zimmer in Huaixu. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber und im japanischen Stil eingerichtet. Nach der Buchung richtete das Personal einen Gruppenchat ein, sodass ich Fragen und Wünsche direkt stellen konnte. Auch Abendessenbestellungen konnten über den Gruppenchat vorab entgegengenommen werden. Das Essen war köstlich, die Zutaten frisch und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Farm selbst ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Kinder hatten Spaß beim Reiten, Töpfern und einigen einfachen Ausritten. Wir hatten einen Riesenspaß! Obwohl wir im Oktober dort waren, gab es noch ziemlich viele Mücken, daher empfehle ich, langärmelige Hemden, lange Hosen und Mückenschutzmittel mitzubringen.
