Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Hefei

Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel. Bereits im Eingangsbereich wird man mit einem angenehmen Duft und einem Rosenbouquet begrüßt. Der Portier war überaus freundlich und der Service war grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe (45qm) und war zu dritt genau richtig. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen und hatte eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einchecken im InterContinental Hefei Ursprünglich wollte ich das Grand Hyatt Hefei buchen, entschied mich aber nach einigem Zögern für das InterContinental. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Qualität im InterContinental konstanter ist; im Grand Hyatt ist sie uneinheitlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Schwanensee – eine fantastische Lage. Es befindet sich diagonal gegenüber dem Yintai in77 und etwas weiter entfernt im Hefei MixC. Der Butler rief mich am Tag vor meiner Anreise an, um sich nach meinen Wünschen zu erkundigen; der Service war exzellent. Das Hotel übertraf meine Erwartungen. Die Lobby war prachtvoll und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war ein Superior King Zimmer mit Gartenblick, das sehr geräumig war. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und Mineralwasser. Das Badezimmer war fast so groß wie das Zimmer! Die große runde Badewanne am Fenster lud zum Entspannen und Schlafen ein. Vom Zimmer aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Schwanensee-Park. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war umfangreich; man hätte das Frühstück problemlos mit dem Mittagessen kombinieren können. Das Hotel und die Zimmerausstattung ließen nicht vermuten, dass es erst 2018 eröffnet worden war; der Stil entsprach genau meinem Geschmack! Obwohl ich nicht im Grand Hyatt Hefei übernachtet habe, hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es nicht so gut war wie das InterContinental Hefei!

Als ich zum ersten Mal nach Hefei kam, entschied ich mich für Grand Hyatt! Ich habe schon oft im Grand Hyatt übernachtet, aber im Grand Hyatt in Hefei hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sowohl der Service als auch die Zimmer wirklich großartig sind! Vor dem Check-in rief Grand Hyatt-Managerin Heidi an und fragte, ob Bedarf bestehe. Beim Einchecken. Sie haben die Initiative ergriffen, um auf meine Bedürfnisse einzugehen, haben für mich ein Zimmer im 54. Stock (maximal 55) eingerichtet und mir ein Upgrade in eine bessere Ecksuite vorgenommen! Zur Aussicht gibt es nichts zu sagen. Auch die Steppdecke ist sehr bequem und entspricht dem Niveau von Grand Hyatt! Als ich eincheckte, ergriff ich auch die Initiative, über WeChat zu fragen, ob ich noch weitere Wünsche hätte, und stellte mir Obst nach meinen Wünschen zusammen! Es ist wirklich super! Vielen Dank, Heidi, dass du mir eine sehr schöne Reise ins Grand Hyatt beschert hast! Ich hoffe auch, dass Grand Hyatt in anderen Städten Ihre Leistungen vergleichen kann! Danke☺️

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Das Hotel ist nahe der Türen der verschiedenen Schule in Zhongko, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch, dass wir unsere Kinder zur Prüfung mitbringen. Es ist speziell für uns ein ruhiges Zimmer und eine Begrüßung des Namens von Golden Boat gesendet. Es ist sehr warm. Am nächsten Tag sind wir spät gefahren und haben uns die Zeit verlängert, um zu gehen, es ist zu benutzerfreundlich!

Das Volkshof ist sehr grünes Pflanzenwerk, sehr schön gestaltet. Das Zimmerstil ist alt und gut, das kleine Schlafzimmer ist sehr lecker. Wenn Sie im Freien auf dem Balkon stehen, sehen Sie mehrere Betten mit Schleifen, das fühlt mich sehr beruhigt. Die Menschen sind in der Nähe der Hochbrücke, unser Zimmer ist kürzlich von der Hochbrücke entfernt, aber die Nacht hat keine große Auswirkungen. Insgesamt ist es besser, dass zwei Punkte nicht zufrieden sind: 1. intelligente Pferde sind nicht schlimm, gut und schlecht; 2. Neben 7 Uhr morgens ist eine Maschine im Bau, sehr schlimm.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer groß und geräumig. Frühstück als Büffet eher asiatisch statt europäische. Man sollte trotzdem etwas finden und es war sehr lecker. Gerne wieder.

Für jede Hotellage ist der Schlüssel, und obwohl diese direkt am Freizeitpark und Wasserpark und Chao-See gelegen ist. Es hat keine gute Richtung oder kümmert sich gut um die Wanderwege, um Menschen zu laufen ohne Hindernisse. Ein Shuttlebus zu lokalen Spots sollte bereitgestellt werden. Das Frühstück, das sie angeboten hatten eine Tonne Optionen, aber alle von ihnen subpar. Wenn sie nur wenige Dinge hatten, aber gut gemacht und lecker wäre es viel besser. Der Klimaanlage war das Schlimmste. Es drückte nass Luft und selten genug, um die Raumtemperatur zu senken. Überall im Hotel haben sie Anzeigen für ihr Restaurant, aber als wir es gefragt haben, war es geschlossen. Wenn etwas nicht verfügbar ist, sollten Sie es nicht anzeigen. Wenn ich wegen Ihrer falschen Werbung irgendwo anders zum Abendessen gehen muss, sollten Sie zumindest für den Fahrgastpreis zahlen. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I'm pretty sure you're only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that's the case then each room should be carefully cleaned. Unsere hatten keine Seife im Dispenser und vermissten den Klimaanlage vollständig. Wir waren in einem Rauchraum, es gab noch ein ”Rauchen nicht im Bett” Harzzeichen. Das war extrem schmutzig wie niemand es in Wochen, wenn nicht Monate gereinigt hat. Es gibt einen schönen Roboter, den Sie senden, um Dinge zu liefern. Aber es weiß nicht, warten, bis Menschen aus dem Aufzug herauskommen, bevor sie anfahren, was zu einer Familie von 4 mit ihrem Gepäck teilweise von dem Roboter für ein paar Minuten gefangen werden. Ich habe mit einigen Mitarbeitern gesprochen und kann sehen, dass die geringere Besatzung und die Zeit hat dieses Institut beeinflusst. Aber Sie können noch besser.
