Dieses Mal ist es sehr glücklich, zunächst die Umgebung. Jede Wand fühlt sich mit Herzen. Als ich den Chef fragte, ob er das Projekt wirklich durchgeführt hat, wurden die Dekorationen und Zubehör des Zimmers sorgfältig ausgewählt und der Service ist sehr komfortabel. Danke für die handarbeitsfähigen Literatur, die alte Haus-Zimmer und den kleinen Bruder, der mit dem Essen gearbeitet hat, Alle arbeiten und bedienen sich. This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Das Hotel ist nahe der Türen der verschiedenen Schule in Zhongko, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch, dass wir unsere Kinder zur Prüfung mitbringen. Es ist speziell für uns ein ruhiges Zimmer und eine Begrüßung des Namens von Golden Boat gesendet. Es ist sehr warm. Am nächsten Tag sind wir spät gefahren und haben uns die Zeit verlängert, um zu gehen, es ist zu benutzerfreundlich!

Generally very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is very spacious and pleasant. The breakfast is relatively simple but good quality. The location is relatively convenient, though being right next to a major road does make it relatively difficult to cross the street at times. The wi-fi did not always work well, however. Overall it’s a relatively good hotel.

Die tatsächlichen Einrichtungen des Hotels und die Werbebilder wirken oft nicht stimmig. Die Anlage ist zwar relativ neu und ansprechend, der gesamte Aufenthaltsbereich jedoch recht klein (siehe Abbildung 3). Die Zimmer ähneln denen des Ji Hotels, das Frühstück hingegen ist mangelhaft. Vermutlich aufgrund des Frühlingsfestes gab es als Hauptgerichte lediglich Nudeln, Wan-Tan und Porridge, dazu zwei Wokgerichte (Rührei mit Tomaten und geschmortes Rindfleisch) sowie Kürbis, Mais und Spiegeleier – mehr nicht. Da das Hotel von einer abgelegenen Gegend umgeben ist, waren Mahlzeiten nur im Hotel selbst erhältlich. Wie kommt es da zu einer Bewertung von 4,9?

入住體驗特別舒心，酒店地理位置很便利，出行辦事都很方便。客房乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟睡得很安穩，室內採光通風都不錯。工作人員服務態度親切有禮貌，辦事效率也高，整體性價比很不錯，下次入住還會選擇這裏。

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

I would confidently recommend it for its blend of quality and accessibility.

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.
