Wir sind sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel. Bereits im Eingangsbereich wird man mit einem angenehmen Duft und einem Rosenbouquet begrüßt. Der Portier war überaus freundlich und der Service war grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe (45qm) und war zu dritt genau richtig. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen und hatte eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Das Hotel ist nahe der Türen der verschiedenen Schule in Zhongko, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch, dass wir unsere Kinder zur Prüfung mitbringen. Es ist speziell für uns ein ruhiges Zimmer und eine Begrüßung des Namens von Golden Boat gesendet. Es ist sehr warm. Am nächsten Tag sind wir spät gefahren und haben uns die Zeit verlängert, um zu gehen, es ist zu benutzerfreundlich!

We spent a week here while visiting my father, who lives near the university, and we absolutely loved the hotel. The room is spacious and features a sofa with wipeable leather upholstery , a lifesaver since our child has a talent for making a mess. The bed is very comfortable, though the pillows weren't quite to my taste. The overhead shower is fantastic and incredibly relaxing. We also got a kick out of the smart controls; being able to close the curtains and turn off the lights with a single button is a genuinely fun touch. Breakfast is excellent value for the price. They offer freshly made noodles, wontons, and dumplings, and the coffee machine and fresh fruit drinks are a real highlight. Just across the street there's a convenience store where you can grab a coconut milk latte or a mango sago drink . There are also plenty of street food vendors in the area, both in the mornings and evenings. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the room for hanging towels. That's truly our sole complaint. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.

Im Allgemeinen sehr sauber, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach, aber gute Qualität. Die Lage ist relativ bequem, obwohl es gerade neben einer großen Straße relativ schwierig macht, die Straße zuweilen zu überqueren. Das Wi-Fi funktionierte jedoch nicht immer gut. Insgesamt ist es ein relativ gutes Hotel.

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

Check in was easy - the front desk staff were delightful, and comped us free breakfast, lots of complimentary snacks and consumables at checkin. rooms were spacious, clean, modern &smart, with air purifier in both our rooms. Our rooms were on the 20th floor, and it was quiet with the windows shut. Room has minisplit built in so heat and ac were easy to set. We were in town for a trade show and - the show had less participants than advertised, so we didnt need to be there multiple days. I changed our checkout date to be 2 days earlier after the first day an the staff promptly processed it and refunded the two days within 10 minutes. they were very gracious and happy to help. Would recommend for their great customer service, and enjoyed our peaceful stay. Would stay here again!

Wow! Natürlich waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfreich - selbst unter mir, dass ich meinen Pass zu Hause vergessen habe, haben sie das Problem noch sortiert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, nett, gemütlich und schön mit komfortablen Betten. Wir waren mit Obst und kleinen Tomaten willkommen, und es gibt immer Trinkwasser und kalte Getränke im Zimmer kostenlos. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär mit dem Berg und dem See aus verschiedenen Winkeln zu sehen. Schade, dass der Pool Wasser hatte, aber wir konnten nicht schwimmen, weil sie sagten, es sei aus der Saison und es ist nicht kürzlich gereinigt worden. Ich wünsche ihnen, dass sie die ganze Saison schwimmen lassen. Das Essen war absolut lecker und die Portionen waren groß. Sie waren auch sehr mit kostenlosen Maschinenlatte/Capuchino sehr gemütlich. Für diejenigen, die es gerne wegnehmen möchten, kann es leider nicht geliefert werden - das Hotel ist nur zu weit von der Stadt für Lieferungen. Es gibt jedoch ein kleines Tuck Shop neben dem Hotel. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist fantastisch; die Natur ist wunderbar, der Eingang zum Berggipfel ist auch mit einem Spaßpark und allen Arten von Aktivitäten sehr nah. Ich empfehle den Menschen, im Herbst zu gehen, da viele Orte ziemlich ruhig waren und nicht so spektakulär wie erwartet, da es nur im Herbst wirklich blüht. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu tun, aber diese Dinge sind nicht eine Spazierweite vom Hotel. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, die Taxis zu finden (Vielleicht, weil es während des Grabs-Sweep-Urlaubs) und das Personal hat uns sogar dabei geholfen. Die Stadt etwa 30-40 Autominuten vom Hotel hatte so viele wunderbare Attraktionen und Restaurants. Man kann auch das echte Dorfleben dort erleben. Alles und alles, was ich sicherlich empfehlen kann, einen Besuch und wenn möglich, würde ich wieder dorthin gehen! Das ganze Gebiet ist sicherlich eines der Hefei Schmuck.

Aber es gibt auch eine größere Lage im Parkplatz, die kostenlose Parkplätze können kostenlos gestartet werden. Insgesamt ist die Bewertung des Abzugs von den Preisen nicht sinnvoll. Viele Mängel sind nicht Mängel, wenn Sie besser als Ihre Freunde sind, obwohl diese Familie nicht gut leben scheint.
