Im Winter fühlte sich das als ein Steppen in eine gemütliche Filmszene! Die Schneebedeckte Umgebung war magisch, und die Wärme des Ortes machte es unvergesslich. Der Besitzer und das Personal waren unglaublich freundlich und gingen aus ihrem Weg, um uns zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir hatten die lustigste Zeit, Erinnerungen zu erstellen, die eine Lebensdauer dauern. Hoch empfehlen für jeden, der auf der Suche nach einer perfekten Wintergetaway sucht. Empfehlen Sie, dass jeder für diesen Aufenthalt bleibt !!

Wir blieben drei Tage und zwei Nächte in Villa Nr. 9. Wir waren so emotional verbunden, dass wir es nicht ertragen konnten, zu gehen. Auf den Berg konnten wir wetterbedingt nicht gehen, aber zum Glück war es hier sehr gemütlich und die Zeit zum Essen, Trinken und Fotografieren verging schnell. Die Villa verfügt über komplette Einrichtungen, ist sauber und hygienisch, bietet eine gute Umgebung und einen guten Service. Besonders wenn die Tanten Schlange stehen, um das Essen auszuliefern, mein Gott, was ist das denn für eine Behandlung ... Ich wage es nicht, es ernst zu nehmen. Auch wie der Hotelfahrer Xiao Wei! Der kleine Bruder ist enthusiastisch und rücksichtsvoll, hat gute Fahrkünste und eine geringe Lachrate. Vielen Dank, dass Sie dem Wind und Schnee getrotzt haben, um uns nach Yanji zu schicken.

Es ist ein lohnendes Übernachtungserlebnis und sehr kostengünstig! Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, sauber und hygienisch, und das Kundendienstpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie abends zurückkommen, können Sie in die heiße Quelle im Freien gehen, um Ihre Müdigkeit zu lindern, was sehr nährend ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und die gekochten Nudeln sind rechtzeitig fertig, um zum Changbai Mountain zu fahren. Es ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt Ganz in der Nähe und sehr praktisch zum Wohnen. Man kann in nahegelegenen Städten essen und ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr praktisch.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

There was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com. The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged. The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet. The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space to relax. The hotel's hot spring was especially enjoyable during winter and was a great way to unwind after a long day. The reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional, making our stay smooth and pleasant. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful early-morning transport arrangement to the train station. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

It refurbished building, surrounding still have many construction going on. Room is ok, clean and comfortable, have tianmojinlling (Home AI). The hotspring pool not all is open cos maybe when we stay is off peak season. The hot spring like no flowing water current, but have shower room, locker, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and to dry our swimming suit. The staff all nice and friendly and helping us w/ call taxi back to train station.
