Die Lage ist wirklich sehr bequem, nahe der Geschäftsräume und Attraktionen der Stadt, und das Essen auf der Straße ist besonders vorsichtig. Der Chef ist super enthusiastisch, empfahl viele Schatzspielmethoden in der Stadt, und er hat auch aktiv dazu beigetragen, verschiedene Projekte zu reservieren. Der Preis ist nicht zu vernünftig, aber auch Paketzustelldienste und das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist direkt voll. Das Eis ist wirklich interessant, es ist eine Überraschung für diese Reise. Mehr bewegt mich, als ich aus dem Laden kam, fand ich, dass Geld und Identitätspapier verloren waren. Ich war so besorgt, dass ich es nicht kann. Der Chef hat mir überall geholfen, ohne zu reden. Ich bin wieder in die Volksgespräche gekommen und habe es mehrere Male gefunden. Glücklicherweise habe ich es endlich gefunden. Ich habe so viele Menschen gelebt. Zum ersten Mal fühlte ich mich so heiß, der Boss und der Boss sind wirklich gute Leute, intim und stolz. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich Changbai Mountain und Tianxi besuchen will, muss ich hier leben! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hello Zehn Jahre. Die Gastgeber sind Schwestern und sie haben uns sehr sorgfältig betreut, uns von der Bahnstation Changbai holen und uns auf unsere Rückreise schicken. Als wir spät angekommen sind, haben sie uns auch mit dem Abendessen bestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, wie sie es empfohlen haben, Schneemobil zu machen. Wir haben in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern geblieben und beide sind sehr sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Wir werden hier wieder bleiben, wenn wir zurück nach Changbaishan kommen.

Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

Check in area was quite messy, not properly organised. Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better. Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside. Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out. Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment. Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach. Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

The hotel is good, but for foreigners without Chinese moving around, the small city is not easy. It is just so hard to grab a taxi. The last day, the hotel was unable to provide transportation back to the train station. The other night, it was also hard to get a taxi to go for dinner. We needed to wait for the bus and walk. It is not a big distance, but with elders and small kids in freezing temperatures, it is not fun. The hotel is closed to the north entrance for Changbai, but it is a bit far from downtown, where the most people are and the restaurants are. In the end, you can rely on the hotel for transportation.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family (2 adults + kid) and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable, and the whole place had a warm, cosy and welcoming feel. The location in Enduri is excellent as well. Waking up to the street view from the balcony was lovely. Our room was on the third floor, and the staff kindly helped carry our luggage up for us. Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend this to friends visiting the area.

New, clean hotel. However, toilet flooring is made of stone, which is perpetually cold during winter! Probably may be due to the window not fully insulated. Booked a family room for 3 persons, but only given 2 sets of towels / toiletries. Requested for an additional set but the response was that is usually the standard for a room. However, they are ok to provide if I give a 5 star review! However, they did not do so for the rest of my stay! Breakfast is very limited, but probably that is quite common in this area.

Während der Hochsaison des Reisfestivals blieb die Qualitätssicherung des Hotels einwandfrei. Sauberkeit und Komfort sind selbstverständlich, und der Empfang war sehr aufmerksam. Insbesondere als sie merkten, dass ich nach Verlassen des Hotels nicht rechtzeitig einen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof bekommen hatte, kamen sie mir zu Hilfe und brachten meine ganze Familie pünktlich zum Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof. Schlechte Bewertung, schlechter Service. Ich erinnere mich, wie ich einen Abholservice für den Hochgeschwindigkeitszug gebucht hatte. Ich rief im Hotel an, und man sagte mir, ich müsse 12 Stunden im Voraus buchen. Andernfalls würde ich 40 Minuten warten müssen. Ich fragte, ob es praktischer sei, ein Taxi zu nehmen, und man sagte mir, es sei sehr praktisch. Also versuchte ich, ein Taxi zu buchen, aber es hatten bereits Hunderte von Leuten gebucht, und der Buchungsvorgang war sehr langsam. Als ich am Ausgang ankam, teilte mir das Personal mit, sie könnten kein Taxi bestellen. Ich nahm den kostenlosen Bus zu einem nahegelegenen Ort und ging dann zu Fuß zum Hotel. Nachdem ich ausgestiegen war, lief ich etwa einen Kilometer. Meine Beine sind nicht sehr geschickt, daher dauerte der ein Kilometer lange Fußmarsch fast eine Stunde. Am nächsten Morgen schnitt ich mir versehentlich die Hand auf und rief an der Rezeption an, um ein Pflaster zu verlangen. Das Hotelpersonal sagte, sie seien die einzigen vor Ort und könnten keins liefern. Gegen 10 Uhr ging ich auf die Straße und versuchte, ein Taxi zu bestellen. Auf der Plattform waren über 70 Buchungen zu sehen, und der Buchungsvorgang wurde kaum aktualisiert. Ich ging zur Rezeption, und auch dort hieß es, man könne nichts tun. Ich fragte, ob mich der Hotelwagen dorthin bringen könne. Die Rezeption fragte den Fahrer, und er sagte, er wolle mich vom Bahnhof abholen. Ich sagte, ich würde sie gern mitnehmen, aber sie sagte etwas in einem Dialekt, den ich nicht verstand, und ging dann. Kurz gesagt, der Hotelservice war immer ausweichend, und sie ignorierten es einfach. Sie hatten kein Gespür für Service. Ich verstehe die Bedeutung des Wortes „huoyou“ sehr gut.
