Hotel very big space with 3 bed rooms and living room and kitchen, it’s one floor for us and can stay less than 10 people. Good location and facilities. Special the owner very helpful and good arrangement for our leisure traveler. Free pick up from train station 🚉 as well. The location very good as well, it close to Changbaishan center and Er Dao Bai He as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family and would like to stay again next time.

The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

房間乾淨整潔，院子也打理的很整潔很漂亮。店主姐姐真的非常周到貼心，剛到的時候也有接站。我們是兩人自駕兩人坐高鐵然後在民宿集合，自駕發現車胎有點漏氣，店主姐姐一直在幫忙跑前跑後聯繫維修，真的非常感動。第一天爬完長白山回民宿後晚間還給我們送了凍梨，中途住的過程中有什麼問題姐姐都回應解決的非常及時，真的是最好的一次民宿體驗。小狗也非常可愛，會在院子裏安靜的趴着，偶爾起來換個地方。白天出去玩，晚上回民宿坐在院子裏摸小狗真的很舒服—— 設施：很完善！像一次性坐便套、一次性浴巾這種都有準備！非常貼心 衞生：乾淨整潔居住舒適 環境：特別棒！拍照也好看！ 服務：超級好！溝通耐心，回覆及時，而且特別温柔

-Zimmer war groß und komfortabel , ich mag den Toilettensitz , wo es automatisiert ist. Balkon ist auch wunderschön .Floor in dem Zimmer ist gut mit Heizung belüftet. Fernseher war riesig und gute Qualität . -Frühstück war ok , jeden Tag war ganz gleiches Frühstück mit einigen Änderungen . Essen war gut .Kein Kaffee und Tee , nur Wasser und Sojabohnen -Location war von der Hauptstraße isoliert , so ist es ruhiger und ruhiger .Aber um Didi zu nehmen , musste 2 Minuten zu gehen und warten auf Taxis . -Waschmaschine x2 und Trockner x2 . Detergent ist auch zubereitet . -Walk nach Changbaishan Nord brauchte ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Nehmen Sie Didi nach Enduli und Genting Market, können Sie um 12-15 min gehen, um das Geschäftsfeld zu erreichen . -Dusche und Toilettenschlaf ist in einem separaten Zimmer -Lift ist ok , nicht zu schnell oder langsam .groß zu 4 Personen mit Gepäck zu bewohnen . The landlady is very kind, helpful, approachable, enthusiastic and patient. She helped me to arrange all the transportation during my whole journey there at a reasonable price. She replied all my queries promptly and patiently via wechat. If you are a foreign tourist without a local phone number, you can still contact her through WeChat by adding her contact number, which is her wechat contact ID . There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very convenient . The room is very spacious and bright with well-equipped facilities, and the surrounding environment is quiet, clean, hygienic and tidy. Highly recommended!!

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!
