4-Sterne-Hotels in Zermatt

Wir kamen ohne große Vorkenntnisse über das Hotel an, aber die Gastfreundschaft des Personals war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir wurden mit dem Hotelwagen abgeholt, konnten die Sauna und die Minibar kostenlos nutzen und hatten für den Preis eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Außerdem wurden wir bei unserer Abreise wieder zum Bahnhof gebracht. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt auch ein Schwesterhotel namens Hotel Daniela, das vermutlich ebenfalls sehr gut ist, da ich im Hotel Chesa Valese bereits gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Ich wünsche dem gesamten Hotelteam alles Gute. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, I really appreciated that they even served rice, and the cheese selection was amazing. Facilities were complete, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with a fantastic breakfast!

We enjoyed a calm, chill atmosphere at the Matterhorn Hotel. The staff were warm and attentive, making check‑in and recommendations easy. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh local specialties that set a great tone for the day. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station, though note there’s an uphill slope on the approach to the apartment. Inside the building there is an elevator, so accessing rooms is straightforward and you don’t need to carry the luggage using staircase. Ideal for travelers who want a relaxed base, friendly service, and an authentic local breakfast. Love this hotel very much and would definitely stay here again.

Das war mit Abstand das beste Hotel, das ich in meinen 12 Tagen in der Schweiz erlebt habe. Ein Hotel mit Blick auf das Matterhorn! Hier ist für alles gesorgt, was man in der Kälte von Zermatt braucht. Bei gutem Wetter hat man vom Balkon aus einen fantastischen Blick auf das Matterhorn. Leider konnten wir die zweite Nacht nicht mehr buchen, da das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war. Probieren Sie dieses Hotel unbedingt aus, Sie werden es nicht bereuen!

Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent. I’d want to go there again ! :)

Die Hygiene entspricht nicht dem Standard, es liegen Haare auf dem Bett. Der unter den Laken liegende Abstandshalter war kürzer als die Matratze, was das Liegen unbequem machte. Die Steppdecke ist sehr seltsam, die Größe der Steppdecke ist sehr klein und der Bettbezug ist kein Set. Das große Bett besteht eigentlich aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten mit einem Schlitz in der Mitte. Es gibt kostenlose Getränke im Zimmerkühlschrank und eine Schokolade als Geschenk. Das Hotel bietet einen Hin- und Rückholservice an, dieser kann jedoch nur zum Bahnhof fahren und Sie müssen Ihr Gepäck im Voraus zum Bahnhof bringen, um diesen Service zu nutzen, aber das ist der Fall nicht möglich. Es ist wirklich hartnäckig.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

The hotel is perfect. At first when I look at the photos, I thought it would be a cozy small wooden room which is a little bit worn out. But no! Everything is so new and clean. The location is perfect! Center of everything! Breakfast got a wide range of choices too. Staff are nice. One downside of the hotel is that for me, the pillow is wayyy too flat. I have to put the towels from the bathroom under the pillow. Other than that, perfect!

Enjoy my stay in this resort during my zermatt trip. Can see nice matterhorn view in the morning from the room. Nice breakfast. Will recommend.
