Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Günstig gelegen in der Nähe des Zermatt Hauptbahnhofs. Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf die Matterhornspitze vom Balkon aus. Ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage wäre noch besser gewesen. Einfaches Frühstück inklusive, freundlicher Empfang. Früher Check-in ist nicht möglich, aber man kann das Gepäck dort abgeben. Insgesamt ein nettes Hotel, besonders wenn man nicht mit großem Gepäck reisen möchte. Ach ja, es gibt keinen Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, man muss also das Fenster öffnen und kann vom Lärm der Bahngleise geweckt werden.

the quad room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. breakfast is superb and staffs friendly we stayed 3 nights and were luckily blessed with 1 day of clear whether at the top of the mountains. 2 ways to walk to the hotel from train station, the shorter one that google will tell u includes a steep climb (difficult if you have luggages in tow). the easier and better walk will just be to keep going straight, turn left at the matterhon musuem / church junction, and from there just a short gradual stretch to reach the hotel. very doable even with kids and luggage .

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Das Hotel ist recht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei einer Ankunft nach 21 Uhr gibt es weder Shuttlebus noch Rezeption. Solltest du es nicht rechtzeitig schaffen, empfehle ich dir, das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Das Personal wird den Schlüssel an der Rezeption hinterlassen und dich per WhatsApp über das Gebäude und unser Zimmer informieren. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, das Bett ist weich und bequem. Ich habe ein Zimmer im 1. Stock bekommen. Vom Balkon aus kann ich das Matterhorn sehen, aber auch das Nachbargebäude. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Insgesamt gut.

Location was right in the middle of the city, super convenient! Nearby the Zermatt main station, as well as Gornergrat station! Supermarkets were walking distance away, and even food options were many like macdonalds, western food, etc. the receptionist was warm and friendly and even extended us for an early check in when rooms are available. The hotel was overall very cozy and clean, suitable for a short stay. The necessities are provided like soap, towels, hair dryer, tissue! Just note that there is no fridge in the room if that was your concern. Other than that, perfect stay!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Stadt Zermatt, nur fünf Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt entfernt, sodass Sie überall bequem hinkommen können. Das Hotel hat eine Holzstruktur. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel. Sie verfügen außerdem über Doppelbadezimmer und Balkone. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Dekoration des Hotels ist sehr sorgfältig. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist toll! Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf das Matterhorn. Der Preis war zwar nicht günstig, aber es fühlte sich sehr lohnenswert an. Wenn man auf dem Balkon stand, erschien das Matterhorn wie ein Ölgemälde vor einem.

Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Es liegt direkt in der Stadt. Ich bin um 07:36 Uhr mit dem Zug gefahren und habe das Hotel um 07:15 Uhr verlassen. Aber das Haus bebte ein wenig. Ich dachte, es wäre ein Erdbeben, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es Leute waren, die die Treppe hinunter oder hinaufgingen. erschrocken

Unsere 2. Nacht in Zermatt, wir haben Bristol gewählt. Die Lage ist etwas weit von der Bahnstation, aber es gibt Aussicht auf den wichtigen Horn. Wir blieben im Bergblick, aber wegen des Wetters, wir sahen keine. Frühstück ist gut. Vielfalt der Wahl.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Supermarkt und Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist groß und Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Bett ist jedoch klein und zu weich. Es bietet keine gute Stütze und es besteht Sturzgefahr.
