4-Sterne-Hotels in Toronto

Ich war zunächst besorgniserregend über den Aufenthalt in einem ”alten” Hotel, aber meine Sorgen kamen zu Ruhe. Es war ähnlich einem Cottage-Thema mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und angemessenen Einrichtungen. Personal war immer sehr freundlich, Wir begrüßen uns, wenn wir das Hotel verlassen und zurückkehren, und reagieren unverzüglich auf unsere Hausaufbewahrungsanfragen. 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, gibt es einen Park mit einem ruhigen Fluss, ein toller Ort zum Ruhen und von der berufsmäßigen Stadtleben zurück. Der nächste Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ein 30-45 Minuten Autofahrt nach der Stadt. Einige Nebenanlagen, es gibt neben dem im Hotel keine nebenangelegenen Restaurants und keine nebenangelegenen Supermärkte. Die Werkzeuge wurden nicht im Zimmer angeboten, so bereit zu sein, Ihre eigene Satte. Hotellifts scheinen ein wenig ausgeschaltet, aber hatten nicht unterbrochen während meines Aufenthalts. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt angesichts der ruhigen Umgebung und erstaunlichen Service. Ich würde in Zukunft zurückkehren bedenken

I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the service top-notch, but the location is simply fantastic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend it!

Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Anreise zum Flughafen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus und eine gute Anbindung an den UP Express, der Sie bequem in die Innenstadt von Toronto bringt. Zudem gibt es einen Pool, Restaurants, ein Casino und eine Pferderennbahn. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Aufzugskapazität reicht nicht aus, um den Bedarf der Gäste zu decken. Eine Chinesin an der Rezeption hat ein sehr hohes Servicebewusstsein und half mir, das Problem der dringenden Benutzung des Aufzugs zu lösen. Es ist ein altes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, WLAN ist kostenpflichtig und die Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich kam um 21 Uhr an und der Parkplatz war voll. Ich parkte auf einem nahegelegenen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz, der 12 Stunden lang 30 $ kostete. Von der Rezeption wurde keine Auskunft darüber gegeben, ob eine Erstattung möglich ist. Das ist sehr unvernünftig. Überleben ist nicht einfach! Fünf Punkte!

Pro: Tolle Lage. Schöne Aussicht, geräumiges Zimmer. Komplette Ausstattung. Ich habe im 41. Stock übernachtet. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine und Starbucks. Starbucks liegt direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Kontra: Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut, und man muss zu Fuß zum Ausstiegsbereich gehen, wenn man mit Uber fährt. Es gibt einige Baustellen, daher kann Uber den Ausstiegsbereich nicht erreichen.

The facilities were amazing. Very clean, very easy to navigate the buildings and their amenities. The location was great, close to the CN Tower, Roger’s Centre, Ripley’s and tons of food. Union station is also close which made travel around downtown Toronto easy.

Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, schon beim Eingang Roches gut nach Grüntee Raumduft.  Alles ist ein wenig älter, 70 er Jahre, aber gut in Stand gehalten.  Unser Zimmermädchen „Maria“ war einsame Spitze“.  Was für eine gute Seele diese Frau. Schaut dass Ihr im 7.Stock unterkommt.  Was mir nicht gefallen hat war dass ein solches Hotel für das Parken pro Nacht 20$CDA verlangt und eine Garantie von 250$CDA blockiert auf der Karte. Vertrauen ist nicht wirklich gross geschrieben.  Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und der Service auch.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！
