GGlazeWe had a great stay at this place – everything was comfortable and well thought out. The location is very convenient, just about 20 minutes from Union Station by TTC. The nearest stop, Queen St West at Dovercourt Rd, is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. There’s a Shoppers Drug Mart just two minutes away on foot, which was open until 10 PM – very useful for picking up daily necessities. The kitchen was clean and fully functional, so we were able to cook without any problems. In fact, the photo attached shows us cooking rice during our stay. Plenty of towels were provided, which was really thoughtful. We also appreciated having a separate laundry room – it was clean, easy to use, and made our stay even more comfortable. The garbage bins are located in the yard, so it was easy to take out trash whenever we were heading out. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and you don’t hear the noise from downtown at all. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

GGastnutzerWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

TTati11Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Ich hatte eine Familiensuite für mich und eine Freundin zu einem erschwinglichen Preis gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hell mit Blick auf die Allan Gardens auf der anderen Seite der Jarvis Street. Alles war sauber und der Service hervorragend. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ein Selbstbedienungsbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl an gängigen Speisen. Ich gehe gerne spazieren und habe mich auch abends sicher gefühlt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

SSerena!Der Transport ist sehr bequem. Der Bahnhof North York Centre ist direkt mit dem Hotel im Einkaufszentrum verbunden.
Einfache Dekoration, jeden Tag nach 14 Tagen Aufenthalt pünktlich gereinigt, sauber und komfortabel.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Supermärkte, was für Touristen geeignet ist, die geschäftlich unterwegs sind und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen.
Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten.

GGastnutzerAmazing location! My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were able to get a lot of things in Downtown done as the hotel is super close to Union Station. Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc.

The location is excellent — right in downtown, close to public transit, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. It was especially convenient being able to walk to supermarkets, coffee shops, and nightlife spots without needing transportation.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk answered all my questions about local transportation and sightseeing. The common areas were cozy and social, and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers.
The room and bed were generally clean and comfortable. While the dorm rooms are a bit small, they are well-maintained and offer lockers big enough for most backpacks. The bathrooms were also kept tidy, though they can get busy during peak hours.
One of the highlights was the free breakfast — simple but appreciated. The kitchen area is also convenient for travelers who want to cook their own meals.
Overall, Samesun Toronto is a solid choice for budget travelers looking for an affordable, social, and well-located hostel in downtown Toronto. I would stay here again.

GGastnutzerWir reservierten dieses Hotel auf der Grundlage einer Lage in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens Toronto und dass es einen Shuttle-Service zur Verfügung stand. Unser Flug ankommt bei 12.30am und kein Zeichen des Shuttles. Auf dem Anruf des Hotels wurde uns empfohlen, dass der Shuttle am 11.30pm beendet wurde. Keine Orte auf der Website erwähnten die Betriebszeiten. Ein teuer Taxifahrt später wurde bei der Rezeption von einem sehr unhelfenden und sicheren Mitarbeiter getroffen. Eine $100.00 Bond wurde gegen unsere Kreditkarte gestellt, wenn das Zimmer beschädigt wurde. Ich bemerke, dass das jetzt auf unser Kreditkartenkonto geladen wurde, obwohl wir das Zimmer genau verlassen, wie wir es gefunden. Frühstück, das heiße Essen war kalt, Kaffee war ungetränkbar und die Papierplatten und Kunststoff-Cutter machte das Frühstück schwierig.
Unsere Erfahrung war schlecht und wird dieses Comfort Inn nie wieder verwenden.
