Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und freundlich, um uns bei 1.30pm anzumelden, da unsere Zimmer bereit waren. Obwohl wir nicht den Anschlussraum erhalten haben, wie wir gebeten, aber wir waren froh genug, um uns eine frühe Eincheckung zu ermöglichen.

Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

Hier für eine Konferenz verblieben - Zimmer und Service waren OK, so Wert für Geld ... Der Lärmspiegel im Zimmer von der Straße war meine einzige Frage, aber hey, es ist in der Stadt Toronto, so erwartet

Great location on Bloor Street. Wonderful rooms, excellent staff, perfect night on patio of restaurant. Biggest negatives were a very dead bar (restaurant was a better 'bar') and very expensive value (C$80/ night with taxes).

Wir übernachteten 3 Nächte im Sheraton, kamen um 14:20 Uhr an und konnten einchecken. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Platz. Alles war sauber, wir hatten alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, Handtücher wurden gewechselt, das Bett gemacht und Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, was eine gute Entscheidung war, es war groß und lecker! Der Swimmingpool und der Fitnessbereich sind auch schön, Handtücher werden bereitgestellt. Beim Einchecken verlangen sie eine Kaution (100 $ pro Nacht) und geben diese zurück, sobald sie das Zimmer beim Auschecken überprüft haben. Die Lage ist fantastisch, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar, 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Es gibt zwei Parkmöglichkeiten: 1) Parkservice ~ 70 $/Tag und sie können Ihr Auto aufladen (wenn es ein Elektroauto ist), keine zusätzliche Gebühr für das Aufladen oder 2) öffentlicher Parkplatz, der sich direkt unter dem Hotel befindet, für ~ 30 $/Tag + zusätzliche Gebühr für das Aufladen eines Autos. Um es zusammenzufassen: Es ist ein schöner Ort zum Übernachten!

Rein Zimmer. Einfach, leicht zu verstehen Prozess. Perfekte Lage für Besucher für Sportveranstaltungen oder benötigen Zugang zum Union Station.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, schon beim Eingang Roches gut nach Grüntee Raumduft.  Alles ist ein wenig älter, 70 er Jahre, aber gut in Stand gehalten.  Unser Zimmermädchen „Maria“ war einsame Spitze“.  Was für eine gute Seele diese Frau. Schaut dass Ihr im 7.Stock unterkommt.  Was mir nicht gefallen hat war dass ein solches Hotel für das Parken pro Nacht 20$CDA verlangt und eine Garantie von 250$CDA blockiert auf der Karte. Vertrauen ist nicht wirklich gross geschrieben.  Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und der Service auch.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

I love this hotel. It's a great price, in a convenient location (to Uber around the city) and has great amenities. They have a bar on sight (it's simple but the menu is great). They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner there too, which you can get to-go and bring to your room. The outdoor and indoor pools are both very nice - especially the indoor pool. It's very unique and aesthetic. The hallways may be a little dated but again the price and the amenities far surpassed that detail. Some rooms even have balcony access to get some fresh air from your room which is really neat. This has been our go-to hotel when we head to the city to see a concert/show.
