Die Aufzugskapazität reicht nicht aus, um den Bedarf der Gäste zu decken. Eine Chinesin an der Rezeption hat ein sehr hohes Servicebewusstsein und half mir, das Problem der dringenden Benutzung des Aufzugs zu lösen. Es ist ein altes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, WLAN ist kostenpflichtig und die Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich kam um 21 Uhr an und der Parkplatz war voll. Ich parkte auf einem nahegelegenen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz, der 12 Stunden lang 30 $ kostete. Von der Rezeption wurde keine Auskunft darüber gegeben, ob eine Erstattung möglich ist. Das ist sehr unvernünftig. Überleben ist nicht einfach! Fünf Punkte!

Mehrfach-Dow-Service kann besser sein als Sydney Melbourne. Es gibt eine chinesische Rezeption und es ist schnell zu bleiben. Es ist ein bisschen schnell! Sobald ich das Hotel entfernt bin, um Gepäck zu nehmen, muss ich mich sehr positiv hilfen. Dieses ist besser als andere im Ausland! Aber das Zimmer dekoriert das offene Schlafzimmer. Der Sitz ist nicht möglich. Die Zähne sind sehr langsam und niemand hat sie jeden Abend geschickt. Es gibt keinen Pool. Das Hotelfenster sollte noch eine Schüssel zerkleinern. Das nicht geöffnete Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Das Frühstück ist wunderschön! Die Größe und die Miniversion von Sydney Melbourne, aber die W-Hotels im Ausland sind neu, die anderen sind zu alt und können ausgewählt werden.

Ich übernachte auf Geschäftsreisen immer gerne im Sheraton. Es ist ein altes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Es wird als im Jahr 2022 renoviert gekennzeichnet, aber die Qualität der Bettwäsche ist besorgniserregend. Die Laken sind sehr dünn und der Kern der Steppdecke besteht aus Federsamt, der etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht zum Sternehotel passt. Ich habe in dieser Nacht nicht gut geschlafen. Hinter dem Spiegel war Staub. Es ist Zeit, die Hygiene der Ecken zu überprüfen. Es liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist sehr praktisch.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, schon beim Eingang Roches gut nach Grüntee Raumduft.  Alles ist ein wenig älter, 70 er Jahre, aber gut in Stand gehalten.  Unser Zimmermädchen „Maria“ war einsame Spitze“.  Was für eine gute Seele diese Frau. Schaut dass Ihr im 7.Stock unterkommt.  Was mir nicht gefallen hat war dass ein solches Hotel für das Parken pro Nacht 20$CDA verlangt und eine Garantie von 250$CDA blockiert auf der Karte. Vertrauen ist nicht wirklich gross geschrieben.  Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und der Service auch.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.
