3-Sterne-Hotels in Pigeon Forge

Ich habe dieses Hotel für 6 ältere Damen reserviert, um Pidgeon Forge zu erleben. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön groß und die Badezimmer sind groß. Alle sechs Damen lieben das Hotel. Jetzt mit sechs älteren Damen hatten wir einige sehr gemütliche Damen und sie liebten es. Große Orte zu sitzen und im Lobby zu sprechen, zwei Feuerbäder zu sitzen und zu sprechen, wenn es kalt ist Seite. Viele Pools und zu verwenden. Die halten das Buffet sauber und wieder gefüllt. Eine unserer Damen wird ihre ganze Familie dorthin bringen, um eine Familie zusammenzukommen, weil sie diesen Ort so sehr liebte. Ich fühle mich wirklich und ehrlich nicht, dass Sie enttäuscht werden, wenn Sie hier bleiben. Das Personal ist großartig, es gibt immer jemanden auf dem Vordertisch, den ich gefallen habe, weil ich Fragen hatte. Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über diesen Ort sagen, aber danke für die Arbeit, die Sie so großartig gemacht haben.

Breakfast was not good. The typical hotels have decent eggs and did not have any variety day to day. They did seem to take good care of the facility, it wasn't perfect, but is nice. I would go back again and maybe skip the breakfast or get a waffle.

Wir lieben das Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ! Es hat das freundlichste Personal und so sauber und gut gepflegt .Sie haben ein Innenraum , Heiße Tube und Pool und Außenpool mit Feuerplatz.. Es ist so nah an den Geschäften , Restaurants, dass Sie einfach nur die meisten Orte zu Fuß .. Wir trafen die freundlichsten Familien, die verblieben und diese Reise war erstaunlich.. Wir werden immer wieder bleiben

Over all had a wonderful stay! Both pools were pretty clean, didn’t see any major issues of dirtiness or mess. They were constantly cleaning and making sure the property was clean. The breakfast options were really nice. The only issue we had with our room was the floor was dirty when we had arrived but everything else was very clean!

Toller Ort, schön zum Mitnehmen und Frühstück auch während der Pandemie. Das einzige, was fehlte, war der Whirlpool, aber wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could. The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

Everybody that worked there was so friendly! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We walked across the street for dinner to a barbecue place.

We had a couple problems when we got there talked to the front desk was taken care of immediately. All the people there was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the place was extremely clean will definitely go back.

Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother. During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression. The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided. One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time. For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣 Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.
