GGastnutzerThe facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

GGastnutzerDas Hotelzimmer war schön umgerüstet, sauber und nett. Gute Matratzen. Stühle im Zimmer war wertlos, Rücken geschleudert Weg zurück zu weit zurück zu sitzen in es (wer einen Stühle wie das gleiche macht). Hatte Blutfarben auf einer meiner Pilze. Gesamt ziemlich gut Aufenthalt.
Der Aufzug war jedoch in den Details sehr schmutzig. Der Boden war sauber, aber die Kanten waren schmutzig und dünn. Glas war absolut schmutzig. Das ganze Hotel musste malen und draußen aufgesprüht werden. Kleine Gärten waren schön. Das ”free” Frühstück sollte klarer sein, dass nur in Pancakes enthalten. Sie müssen $6 mehr pro Person zahlen, um volles Frühstücksangebot zu erhalten.
Wäre wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal ein anderer Ort reservieren.

SShanghaixin去大霧山住在BW， BW酒店房間多，上下方便， 中間游泳池也大， 那天下大雨， 第二天上山，山上的霧很多。其實大霧山的景色在浙江福建是很多的， 非常普通， 不過後麪的藍嶺公路確實不錯。

HHrishi MenonWe stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

ММакс МаксовOverall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother.
During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression.
The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided.
One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time.
For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣
Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.

GGastnutzerI was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

GGuest UserDas erste Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, war dreckig, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass es nur eine Verwechslung war, denn als ich unten anrief und mit der Rezeption sprach, brachte sie uns sofort in ein sauberes Zimmer und entschuldigte sich immer wieder. Danke DAYS INN WYNDHAM PIGEON FORGE!

GGuest UserMein Mann wurde von etwas in der Nacht gebeten, so dass wir jetzt eine Reise zum ER zu machen, weil es nicht besser wird.. Auch, das Pool-Gebiet wurde geschlossen, aber das wurde nicht auf der Website angekündigt.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war älter, aber sauber. Bequem für Gatlinburg, und der Smoky Mountain Parkway. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was Sie brauchen, Mini-Kühlschrank, kleine Kaffeemaschine, Haartrockner. Aufzug zum zweiten und dritten Stock. Aber es war nicht bequem an beiden Enden der großen Außeneingänge. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Zimmer hatte einen Flachbild-TV, aber die Fernbedienungen funktionierten nicht. Wir wollten den Vordertisch anrufen, aber das Telefon funktionierte auch nicht. Als wir zum Vordertafel gingen, um ihnen zu sagen, sagten sie, sie wussten nicht, dass die Zimmer Telefone hatten. Sie gab uns eine neue Fernseher, die auch nicht funktionierte. Es gab nur 1 Waschbecken und Handtücher im Zimmer, aber sie gab uns mehr, als wir zum Vordertafel gingen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Pool war offen, aber nicht wie angekündigt erhitzt.
