Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einrichtungen, Service und Reinigung sind sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, viele Menschen sind sehr beliebt. Ich möchte noch einmal leben.

Ich war generell zufrieden mit der Lage, Einrichtungen, Frühstück und allgemeiner Service. Ich war jedoch nicht zufrieden mit der Hauspflege und Reinigung. Hauspflege wurde täglich angeboten, außer am Wochenende, aber die Qualität variierte von Tag zu Tag. In einigen Tagen schien es nur die Handtücher ersetzt worden zu sein. In anderen Tagen wurden die Müllbänder leer, aber Gewebe wurden auf dem Boden verstreut. Es gab auch Tage, als die Hauspflege perfekt gemacht wurde. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum es einen solchen Unterschied in der Dienstleistungsqualität gibt. Ich hoffe, dass ein kohärenteres Serviceangebot möglich ist. Zusätzlich, auch nach dem Reinigungsdienst, bemerkte ich kleine Stücke Müll auf dem Boden. Aber die Müll war nicht meine, und ich konnte nicht verstehen, warum es auf dem Boden meines Schlafzimmers war. Insgesamt war es ein guter Ort zu bleiben und ich war im Allgemeinen zufrieden. Wenn die Hauspflege und Reinigungsdienste verbessert werden, könnte es zu einer noch besseren Unterkunft werden.

無料の朝食が嬉しい。スタッフもフレンドリーな対応。 残念な点としては、シャワーの水圧がすごく弱い。湯船を溜める側の方は、勢いがあります。 2日目ドア側のセンサーが不具合でカードキーが反応しなかった際にフロントからすぐメンテナンスの方へ連絡していただきすぐ対応してくれました。 次回もおすすめのホテルとして宿泊したくなるホテルでした。

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Die Service-Einstellung ist gut, die Aufenthaltsverfahren sind bequem, die Lage ist bequem und der Austauschweg ist an der Stelle, obwohl er neben dem Flughafen nicht gehört hat, ist das Flugzeug nicht geräuscht. Es gibt Parkgebühren von $10 pro Nacht.

酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

Lage des Hotels ist gut, Nähe Disneyland, gegenüber dem großen Supermarkt und Parkplatz, meist günstiger von Montag bis Donnerstag, der Preis ist von Freitag bis Sonntag relativ teuer, vor allem Samstag ist teuer

Sehr sauber! Nicht zu weit von Disneyland und wir konnten beide Tage Parkplätze finden, die für mich eine Notwendigkeit ist. Meine einzigen Fragen waren beim Einchecken, der Mann, der mir geholfen hat, war extrem freundlich, aber die Frau am Countdown neben ihm war sehr brutal und nahm meine ID von ihm und starrte an sie und dann an mich sehr beschuldigend. Ich weiß nicht, ob sie es für falsch oder was dachte, aber es war schrecklich und sehr grausam. Meine andere Frage war, dass, als wir um 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstück heruntergekommen waren (Frühstück um 9:30 Uhr) sie fast vollständig aus dem Essen waren (alles, was übrig war, waren einige Kartoffeln, Getreide und Oatmeal) und als wir die Küchenpersonal fragten, ob sie zu gehen wären. Die wunderschöne Lage und das Zimmer waren sehr gut, es war nur ein Teil der Mitarbeiter, die es ein wenig zerstört haben. (Außer dem Mann, der uns angemeldet hat, war er sehr nett!). Nicht eine schreckliche Erfahrung, aber wenn ich das viel bezahle, würde ich einen besseren Service erwarten.
