Ein typisch europäisches Hotel, sehr einladend. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mehrere Rollen, entweder eine Rezeption oder ein Frühstückskoch. Das Hotel liegt in der Stadt Seal Beach und ist eine gehobene Gemeinde und sicherer. Es gibt eine Plaza nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt, es gibt Target usw. Es ist sehr praktisch, man kann auch ohne anreisen.

Man kann nur sagen, dass es sich um ein ganz normales amerikanisches Hotel handelt. Die Umgebung ist nicht schlecht. Es ist nicht weit von Disney entfernt Nachts spazieren gehen. Diesmal habe ich in einem Zimmer mit Balkon übernachtet, was nicht schlecht war. Aber ich weiß nicht, warum die Lichter im Sheraton nachts nicht leuchten. Die Bettdecke im Stil besteht aus drei Lagen Laken. Insgesamt ist es ein ziemlich gutes Hotel in den Vereinigten Staaten.

Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen! Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Ausstattung komplett neu. Der Pool war groß und das Wasser sauber. Der Shuttle nach Disneyland war sehr praktisch und der Fahrer besonders freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere gute koreanische Restaurants mit BBQ und Meeresfrüchten sowie eine beliebte Filiale einer kubanischen Bäckerei mit über 50-jähriger Tradition – alle sehr zu empfehlen! Der Parkplatz ist geräumig und einfach zu nutzen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, mit Kokospalmen und Sonnenschein – typisch kalifornisch!

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.
