GGastnutzerI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGastnutzerNachdem Sie mit dem Bus von Los Angeles nach Anaheim gefahren sind, sind es vom Disneyland-Bahnhof aus etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straße war voller Menschen, die von Disney zurückkehrten, was eine fröhliche Atmosphäre schaffte. Das Hotel ist sauber und man bekommt zwei 500-ml-Flaschen Wasser. Wir waren für 2 Nächte und 3 Tage hier und bekamen zusätzliches Wasser, wenn wir darum baten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das angeschlossene Café war köstlich! Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte ich den Disney Adventure Park und das Angel Stadium! Das Stadion ist 40 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also habe ich einen Bus genommen. Der Bus auf dem Rückweg wird sehr voll sein. Am letzten Tag sollte ich um 5 Uhr morgens abreisen, und als ich mich an der Rezeption erkundigte, sagten sie mir, ich solle um 4 Uhr morgens auschecken und eine Stunde in der Lobby verbringen. Die Lobby war groß und sauber, es gab also kein Problem. Uber holte mich um 17 Uhr sicher ab und wir kamen in etwa 40 Minuten am LAX an.

The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

GGastnutzerI took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

MMarlaIch und mein Mann waren wirklich sehr schockiert, wie dieses Zimmer aussehen sah. Angesichts seiner Lage , Anaheim Hills.
Das Bad ist zerbrochen, es bewegt sich, wenn Sie es anschieben.
Der Kleenex-Halter hat kein Kleenex und seine rustig.
Die Lichter brauchten neue Lichtblasen. So war es sehr dunkel im Zimmer.
Keiner der Eismaschinen arbeitete. Und als ich das Mädchen erzählte, sagte sie mir nichts, wie sie es nicht interessiert.
Dann fragte ich nach Handtüchern, waschen Kleidung und noch ein Badtücher und die Mädel sagte nein, sie taten nicht waschen, so dass ich und mein Mann keine Waschkleidung hatten, um unser Gesicht zu waschen, und nicht die Hände zu trocknen.
Dann komplimentarischer Kaffee am Morgen war ich auf,. Nie existiert. Sie sagte mir, ich musste ihr 4.00 für eine Tasse schwarzer Kaffee zahlen!!!
Der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer war gebrochen, die Tür war mit Band gehalten!!

Warum nicht reparieren Sie Dinge, die brechen , gab Eis für Ihre Kunden, und Handtücher!! Handtücher sind ziemlich darn wichtig!!
Lügen Sie nicht über komplimentaren Kaffee und versuchen Sie es dann für 4.00 eine Tasse zu verkaufen.
Allot muss auf diesem Hotel repariert werden. Es ist schrecklich, und könnte so nett sein, wenn Sie nur ein wenig Dinge zu schnüffeln. .
Ich bedaure nur einen Stern, ich brauche Handtücher, wenn ich aus der Dusche komme.
Ich brauche auch Eis, und Kaffee würde sehr geschätzt werden.
