Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

Ein schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal, beginnend mit Unterstützung sogar vor der Abordnung. Wärme getroffen, mit Kuchen behandeltes Tee. Hier kann jederzeit behandelt werden und es ist sehr angenehm. Personal spricht gut Englisch und ist bereit, bei allen Fragen zu helfen. Das Hotel ist neu, alles ist schön und authentisch zugleich. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, komfortabel. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das Bettwäsche ist weiß. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, die Nachbarn werden nicht gehört. Das Hotel liegt in Medina, in einer ruhigen Straße. Nahe der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Frühstück ist lecker, kochen Gerichte für jeden Gast separat: frisch gemahlene Orangensaft, Omelett, Kaffee, Gemüse, lokaler Kuchen, Kuchen, Joghurt und Varena. Einige Bestandteile des Frühstücks ändern sich für die Vielfalt. Nutzen Sie das Hotelangebot - bestellte Abendessen. Es war wirklich sehr schmackhaft und atmosphärisch. Tajin mit Lamm und Blackberry ist nur göttlich.

Риад расположен отлично - при въезде в медину. Можно припарковать машину рядом в гараже или даже на узкой улице рядом с рядом. кажется немного заброшенной крыша, но там все равно можно вечером вкусно поужинать. Единственное неудобство, что завтрак только с 9 утра. Это поздновато для путешествия, насыщенного экскурсионными программами. Но в остальнои - это прерасное место, чтобы остановить в Фесе.

К сожалению, нам не очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Мы не первый раз в Фесе, и этот отель однозначно не стоит своих денег. Отель невероятно красивый внутри, но комнаты крошечные, окна выходят не на улицу, а в общий холл, где постоянно находятся гости и хозяева отеля (с раннего утра в холле завтракают и звенят тарелками, а вечером до позднего вечера ужинают). В целом отель выглядит не очень чисто и опрятно, и мы даже спасались от огромного таракана одной ночью. В середине нашего отдыха мы отравились и совсем перестали ходить на завтрак (это был единственный раз за 3 месяца проведенные в Марокко) Также жаль, что в номерах нет чайников и холодильников.

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Прекрасный,уютный,колоритный отель в самом сердце Феса,в Медине. От голубых ворот идти примерно 7 минут по главной улице. Тишина. Красота везде в каждой мелочи интерьера. Услужливый персонал. Всегда улыбаются. у нас был номер люкс ,он выходил прямо из холла. Дверь в номер-это целое произведение искусства! Сам номер очень колоритный. Горячая и холодная вода,хороший вай фай Завтрак в мвррокаеском стиле ,с выпечкой и джемом. На крыше есть терасса. Вечером приятно там посидеть. Спасибо большое!

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

The Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you. If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
