The manager, Mehdi, was incredibly kind and helpful — he assisted us with everything we needed and even welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea upon arrival, which was such a nice touch.
The hotel itself is beautiful, decorated in authentic Moroccan style, very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay.
Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. 💙

JJettoSettoVery pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

Tting824Das Personal von Onkel Haddou ist sehr nett. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer kleinen Gasse an der Hauptstraße in der Altstadt von Fes. Der Onkel gab uns eine Karte mit der Lage der verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und forderte uns auf, die Hauptstraße so weit wie möglich zu verlängern, da wir uns sonst leicht verlaufen könnten.
Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr schön. Ich musste am nächsten Tag früh gehen, und der Onkel packte das Frühstück, damit wir uns auf den Weg machen konnten.
Der Nachteil ist, dass der Raum relativ klein und sehr dunkel ist, es kann die Beziehung des ersten Stocks sein.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

EElsa and JojoDieses Hotel ist sehr schön. Der Chef ist ein Intellektueller. Er ist sehr nett und enthusiastisch. Er spricht ein wenig Chinesisch. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber es fing erst um 9 Uhr an und jeder Gast war sehr langsam. Ich habe eine Stunde lang gegessen und nicht auf ein Omelett gewartet. Wenn der Zeitplan knapp ist, empfiehlt es sich, essen zu gehen, schließlich ist die Altstadt nebenher. Die Post und die Bank sowie das blaue Tor von Brügge befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Es ist sehr bequem, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich. Fön und Klimaanlage - sein Fön funktioniert gut. Bereiten Sie Ihr eigenes Shampoo und Duschgel zu.

GGastnutzerA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

GGastnutzerThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
