XXiaoxiaohunVielleicht ist das sauberste und komfortabelste Hotel in der alten Stadt Fes! Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Parkplatzes, wir haben zuerst keinen Weg gefunden, haben die Leiter in den Blue Gate geholt, um uns zu bekommen, und am Ende haben wir es wirklich sehr nahe gefunden, die Straße in der alten Stadt wirklich nicht mit Google-Navigation zu fahren, wird abgelehnt.
Die allgemeine Umgebung und die Zimmer sind großartig, sogar noch besser als die Bilder auf der Seite scheinen zu sein, der Besitzer ist sehr intim und elegant, der Hausbesitzer ist eine französische Frau und ist sehr bequem.
Die ganze Nacht ist sehr komfortabel, die Toilette ist sehr gut getrennt, und es gibt auch wenige Wurmstuhl und Handtücher vor Ort, lobenswert!

FFrank24設施：在Riad裏算是房型巨大，對得起suite套房的稱號。床型舒適，浴室明亮。公區絕對是非斯里的天花板級別，值得參觀逗留拍照打卡，畢竟是700年歷史的老建築。但同時是最近翻新的，不用擔心設備設施老舊。傢俱等用料考究，甚至都是螺鈿技法。最熱天入住的，我那間豪華房空調不給力，直接給我升級到家庭套房了（其他房型都滿，可見很熱銷）
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無論是房內還是公區、餐廳等都是能夠達到五星標準。
環境：看圖就知道公區環境有多美了，馬賽克牆壁、中庭、綠植、靠椅等等，都見功法。同時位置在老城中心，離停車場大概15分鐘走路。就是巷子太多，記得看街巷裡牆壁上的酒店標牌，也不難找。
服務：服務整體不錯，酒店內員工都是很熱情的，早餐豐盛，而且露台就餐，能拍到很獨特的老城風景。不過接送行李的人員不是酒店員工，需要另給搬運費（人家很辛苦掙苦力費，給錢沒問題，提前問酒店溝通好就行）
總之，一等一推薦！

TTRIPPERS.IO founderК сожалению, нам не очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Мы не первый раз в Фесе, и этот отель однозначно не стоит своих денег.
Отель невероятно красивый внутри, но комнаты крошечные, окна выходят не на улицу, а в общий холл, где постоянно находятся гости и хозяева отеля (с раннего утра в холле завтракают и звенят тарелками, а вечером до позднего вечера ужинают). В целом отель выглядит не очень чисто и опрятно, и мы даже спасались от огромного таракана одной ночью. В середине нашего отдыха мы отравились и совсем перестали ходить на завтрак (это был единственный раз за 3 месяца проведенные в Марокко)
Также жаль, что в номерах нет чайников и холодильников.

Die Lage ist abgeschlossen, aber die Erfahrung und Qualität des Hotels ist insgesamt sehr schön
Nur negativ wäre das Fehlen von Wahlen für vegetarische Lebensmittel, die, wenn hinzugefügt, den Indianern wirklich helfen würden, das Hotel als ihre erste Wahl zu wählen.

GGastnutzerMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. Thanks so much for everything to all of the staff at Layla, especially Mohammed!!!!

GGastnutzerEine Haltevorrichtung an der Badewanne zum ein bzw aussteigen in die Badewanne wäre vorteilhaft. Der Service am Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Leider wurde am Stand der omelettfertigung an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen die Bestellung nicht wie gewünscht ausgeführt. An der Rezeption gab es hinsichtlich der Fernsehübertragung der Fußball- Europameisterschaft irritierende Auskünfte. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Klarheit gewünscht.

Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

GGastnutzerThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.

GGastnutzerA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
