Sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber und Helfer. Der Administrator half uns, einen Parkplatz außerhalb des Hotels zu finden. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und schöner Dar, gut zum Fotografieren.

I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

JJettoSettoVery pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

Nnabiki2Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

Zzoe helloThe riad was clean, as were the rooms, the bed linens, and the towels. The room needed slippers, as the tiles were everywhere and it was cold in socks. There was also a lack of an extra trash bin near the kettle, so I had to keep all my trash on the table. Breakfast was delicious and simple. On my last day, I was disappointed to be told I had to pay for the tea they brought to my room, even though I didn't know it was a paid service. I paid, and it was no big deal, but my opinion, mood, and impressions completely changed. People seem kind to you, but when it comes to money, everything changes.

The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Mein Aufenthalt in Fès war dank der Herzlichkeit und Professionalität von Hager, der Managerin, wirklich unvergesslich. Wir kamen später als geplant an und erreichten die Unterkunft erst um 23:00 Uhr statt der erwarteten 21:00 Uhr. Hager empfing uns dennoch freundlich und geduldig und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns trotz der späten Stunde sofort wohlfühlten. Dieser erste Eindruck prägte den gesamten Aufenthalt. Auch beim Frühstück war Hager unglaublich zuvorkommend. Sie organisierte freundlicherweise ein Frühstück vor der üblichen Zeit, und es war ein köstliches, traditionelles marokkanisches Frühstück – frisch, reichhaltig und wunderschön zubereitet. Es war eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts und der perfekte Start in den Tag. Bei meiner Abreise aus Fès hatte ich meinen Transport selbst organisiert, doch die Situation verlief nicht wie geplant und wurde stressig. Als Hager davon erfuhr, bemühte sie sich sehr, mir zu helfen, beruhigte mich und erlaubte mir freundlicherweise, während der unerwarteten Verzögerung in der Unterkunft zu bleiben. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt im Herzen der Medina und bietet ein authentisches Fès-Erlebnis in einer ruhigen und komfortablen Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und wirkte nach langen Erkundungstagen sehr einladend. Besonders hervorzuheben war die herzliche Gastfreundschaft während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Hagers ruhige, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Art machte einen großen Unterschied und spiegelt den hohen Standard dieses Hauses wider. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem, der Fès besucht, wärmstens empfehlen – nicht nur wegen der Lage und des Komforts, sondern vor allem wegen der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft, die Sie hier erleben werden.

Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej
Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

GGastnutzerA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
