A wonderful place to stay in. The service was fantastic. The room was huge, much too large for just a solo traveler like me but it would have been perfect if I had brought my wife and child along. The onsen quality was great, albeit the fittings at the shower area were a bit old. The food was hands down amazing and featured great local produce. Honestly there was too much for one person to finish! What I especially liked was that they had a separate room on the first floor where if it was too early for you to check in, you could drop your luggage off, change, and then grab your gear and head to the slopes. Same thing if you intend to charge the slopes a bit more on your last day, just leave your stuff in the storage room, hit the slopes, come back and change out, hit the onsen for the last time, then go off. Definitely recommending this place to my friends visiting Zao.

The hotel is good for skiing in and out, To walk in and out needs some stamina as it’s located on higher ground, but there is a free shuttle service till 5:30pm. The onsen is the best as it has both indoor and outdoor onsen. It’s so good to have the onsen in the snow.

What a gem of a place! The special thing about this place is that there are 5 private outdoor onsens as well as a gender-segregated public bath and one mixed gender outdoor bath (for this one, you need to wear a bathing suit). If you are shy of exposing yourself or like taking photos, then those 5 private outdoor onsens are just perfect. I went in the autumn, which is cooling already and I can imagine what a treat it will be in winter with all the snow. The hotel is located almost to the top of the hill. Either drive or call them ahead and they will pick you up and drop you off in the vicinity. My room is quaint and Japanese-styled. I didn't pay for the meal package as I knew I'd would be busy trying out all the onsens available. They are all open 24hrs. By the way, private onsen number 1 and 5 are the best and most picturesque!!! I'm doing all a favor and posting all the pictures of the private onsens.

Gelegen am oberen Rand eines Geschäftsgebäudes, das mit der Yamagata Station verbunden ist. Sie müssen sich nicht besorgt haben, auch wenn es schneit oder regnet. Stattdessen verfügt es über eine kleine Webbett-Anlage, die es außerhalb der Luft in das Zimmer fließen lässt. Dieses etwas kühlt das Zimmer. Aber während des Tages wird das Zimmer super heiß sein. Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit der Sonne und als wir angemeldet, ist das Zimmer super heiß. Rufen Sie den Kundenservice nur, um herauszufinden, dass sie im Winter keine Klimaanlage hatten und wir müssen einen Fan von ihnen mieten. Nach einer kleinen Kommunikation ist der Kundenservice genügend freundlich, um uns auf ein größeres Zimmer zu aktualisieren, das etwas kühler ist. Die Lage ist perfekt , sehr nahe der Chip-Ropeway Einige PPL im Hotel, sehr ruhig Das Personal ist nett.  Aber manchmal hat das Badezimmer kein heißes Wasser Das Essen ist sehr normal

Nice and clean business hotel very near the Yamagata train station. Location is top notch! Basic hotel with everything you'd need. There is an artificial onsen on the 14th floor, which was good for a soak after a long day. Breakfast buffet was basic but tasty. Warm foods like rice, miso soup, bacon, stir fried veggies, etc were available in addition to some pastries and bread with butter and jams. Will definitely stay again when in the Yamagata area.

Located at the bottom of the ski slopes, makes for a great place to stay at for people looking for a ski in/out experience. Hotel was clean and tidy, the onsen and public bath were slightly old but still very comfortable. Food was great, our package came with breakfast and dinner, drinks are all-you-can-drink. Hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the Zao bus terminal. Overall would recommend.

Прекрасный чистый большой красивый отель со своими горячими источниками. Находится недалеко подъёмника. Завтраков нет, но есть большой холл, где можно погреть и поесть свою еду. Единственное, пришлось соединить кровати, чтобы была большая двухместная кровать.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig für eine Familie von drei. Das Hotel war ein bisschen datiert, aber sehr komfortabel. Die Betten waren nicht die beste, nicht sehr unterstützend auf der Rückseite und Schultern. Insgesamt war es ein komfortables zwei-Nacht-Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen und komfortabelen Bereich mit vielen Restaurantswahlen innerhalb von 500 Meter.
