After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Hotel with good location to nearby metro station Yinzhou Ave about 300m. Airport is also very close and hotel provide shuttle to airport. Rooms clean, breakfast most Chinese, but big choice.

I recently stayed at Ningbo Warm Ramble Hotel (Beilun Yintai Branch), and overall, it was a great experience. One of the highlights was the fully automated hotel room, which made everything very convenient and added a modern, tech-savvy touch to the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the room type we booked even included a massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially for visitors to the Beilun area. However, customer service is an area that could be improved. While the front desk and restaurant staff were able to assist when needed, their overall demeanor often felt unfriendly. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would greatly enhance the overall experience. In summary, the hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and thoughtful in-room features, but improving staff friendliness would make the stay truly outstanding.

The staff does not spake English but has proven relatively helpful when I needed desperately help with my broken phone. The staff was not excessively practical, even with language barrier it could have been easier to communicate.

Ich würde einen Aufenthalt hier im Winter nur jungen Erwachsenen empfehlen. Dadurch dauert es sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt, und das Duschen ist sehr kalt, zumal das Badezimmer ohnehin schon recht kühl ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist selbst mit eingeschalteter Heizung, Klimaanlage und Ölheizung noch kalt. Die Matratze ist sehr hart und der Stauraum begrenzt, aber das ist noch akzeptabel. Bitte beachten Sie außerdem, dass die heiße Quelle nur einmal geöffnet werden kann (ein erneuter Zugang ist nicht möglich).
