Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. Vermisse regionales Obst wie Mangos oder Papaya - Die drei Geräte im Fitnessraum sind nicht modern und können größer sein, damit auch Menschen mit knapp 2m benutzt werden können.

Everything's very good! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and you can get free ice cream, popcorn, and tea whenever you want. The staffs are so kind and welcoming, although our Chinese is not that good, they tried hard to communicate with us.

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Frisch renoviert und in guter Lage fußläufig von Tianyi Square, Gulou Drumtower und Laowaitan Old Bund. Zimmer mit Annehmlichkeiten wie USB-C Ladestecker, Dyson Fön und ein großer Fernseher sind verfügbar. Nachts wurden wir kurz durch laute Nachbarn geweckt aber der Hotelservice hat Problem schnell und professionell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Die Fahrt mit der U-Bahn vom Flughafen ist sehr praktisch. Jede Zimmertür ist wie ein Bücherregal gestaltet, was etwas ganz Besonderes ist , und Sie können sogar das Gleiche essen. Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich eine Bettgröße von 1,6 cm. Da wir als Familie reisen, haben wir ein Oberlichtzimmer im dritten Stock gebucht. Es ist praktisch, ein Zustellbett und eine Bettdecke auf der Tatami zu haben. Aber...die Toilette im Nass- und Trockenbereich ist wirklich zu klein, wahrscheinlich nur 2 Quadratmeter, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Im Duschraum ist kein Platz für Duschgel. Es gibt keinen niedrigen Schrank oder Schreibtisch im Zimmer, daher ist es sehr umständlich, Dinge abzulegen, also muss ich sie alle auf den Boden legen. Diese Teestube ist nicht nur schön zum Fotografieren, sondern auch nicht sehr praktisch.

Das Wanglan Hotel, ein internationales Kongress- und Ausstellungszentrum am Ufer des Dongqian-Sees im Bezirk Yinzhou, Stadt Ningbo, Provinz Zhejiang, ist ein gerade eröffnetes Resorthotel mit mehr als 300 Gästezimmern verschiedener Art. Die Hotelzimmer sind groß genug und verfügen über elektrische Vorhänge und Großbildfernseher. Allerdings hat das Waschbecken keinen Überlauf, was ein Manko ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet mehr westliche Snacks und weniger Frühstück im Ningbo-Stil. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr begeistert, sogar die Reinigungskräfte haben die Initiative ergriffen, Hallo zu sagen und einen Daumen hoch zu geben. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel des Hotels sind relativ bequem. Am Hoteleingang befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle des International Convention and Exhibition Centre South an der Route 665 und Route 966-1.

天氣漸涼，剛到寧波冷風吹的我瑟瑟發抖，但這家酒店給了我很多温暖，剛走進大廳前台的一聲聲問好猶如春風拂面一般温和且親切，大廳內部暖色的色調與外邊的寒冷比起來猶如冬天裏的一把火照亮着我，走到前台一杯杯暖手暖胃的茶遞到我的手中，像奧運的火炬一般傳遞着温暖，辦完入住前台給我指引電梯，給我拎行李，一些些小細節都能看出酒店的規範，亞朵，一個讓各個旅客都能找到港灣的酒店!！！

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.
