Familienfreundliche Hotels in Ningbo

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent location near to Tianyi Square; very convenient to go to everywhere due to its location and public transporation. The facilities are provided almost the same as other 5 star hotels. A diversity of foods for breakfast, which means a great deal of options to meet everyone's needs and taste. I would certainly choose this hotel once again when visiting Ningbo next time. One more thing: the manager is extremely nice when asked if my room can be changed so that the view of the river can be enjoyed. She did help me to change the room. A very pretty girl.

Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

這家店真的讓人意想不到！服務非常好，前台人員很熱情，晚上喝多了，給了蜂蜜水，早上走的急，導致重要的樣品忘了帶，聯繫酒店，前台小姑娘主動提出特可以幫我送過來，過了十幾分鍾，電話聯繫我來取，遠遠看到一個穿着亞朵衣服的小姑娘在冷風中等着我，心裏頓時暖暖的，拿到樣品的時候主動給些小費做為答謝，小姑娘表示都是她應該做的，就匆匆騎着車離開了。真的非常感謝她及時送來樣品，讓我24年有個完美的收尾。

Our stay at grace hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. We loved how comfy the bed was, and the bathroom was luxurious with nice toiletries. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything.The staff was always helpful and gave us great tips on what to do around the city. We had such a great time and Highly recommend it!

Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit von der U-Bahn-Station und dem Tianyi-Platz entfernt. Allerdings ist es schwierig, das Hotel in diesem historischen Viertel zu finden sengende Sonne. Ich schlug der Rezeption vor, am Eingang der Straße oder Gasse mehr Schilder anzubringen, und sie lachte. Die Zimmergestaltung ist sehr gut, mit vielen kleinen Details. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, aber auf dem Fernseher gibt es wirklich nichts zu sehen!

Das zweite Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel verblieben bin, die Fehlfahrt ist relativ ruhig, die Zimmereinrichtungen sind gut, jeder Mitarbeiterservice ist sehr warm, warmes Wasser ist auch gut, die Restaurants im Hotel sind auch sehr lecker, das Frühstück ist komplett, der Service von Miss Ying ist auch großartig, Die warme Milch, die Miss Sister liefert, ist sehr gut zu trinken, und sie wird das nächste Mal bleiben.

Dies ist die vorangegangene, die Layouts, die nicht so weit sind wie die Funktionen des Badezimmers, sind ähnlich. Das Bett ist immer noch weich, das Wasser im Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr groß, und die Nacht ist der Sound gut. Aber es gibt ein Problem, die Klimaanlage in diesem Zimmer ist nicht sehr leistungsfähig. Wie 30 Grad, das Zimmer in der Nähe ist schon sehr heiß, aber die Temperatur ist nicht hoch, gelegentlich fühlt sich noch etwas niedrig. Schlafen ist noch solide, insgesamt zufrieden.
