TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

GGastnutzerWe had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Service was top notch. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel even provides free laundry service - they can help wash, dry and fold your laundry any time of the day. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and was delicious.
Hotel is in a great location. Within a five minure walk is the Tianyi shopping mall which has a huge supermarket. Highly recommend staying at thos hotel.

GGastnutzerI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

GGastnutzerNach der Modenschau im März 2025 reiste ich nach Ningbo, einer Stadt im Süden Japans, die ich schon lange besuchen wollte. Ich übernachtete im Atour S Hotel, nur drei Gehminuten vom Tianyi-Platz entfernt.
Die Rezeptionisten waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns ohne Zögern ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Flussblick und versicherten uns, dass wir uns jederzeit bei Fragen melden könnten. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, mit bequemer und weicher Bettwäsche. Jedes Detail zeugte von der durchdachten Herangehensweise des Designers an die Gäste: hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, ein beheizter WC-Sitz, ein automatisches Nachtlicht an der Badezimmertür, ein Minikühlschrank mit Mineralwasser, Tee und Getränke der Hotelmarke, automatische Verdunkelungsvorhänge sowie Yogamatten und andere Fitnessgeräte. Das Restaurant befindet sich im 9. Stock und ist von 7 bis 11 Uhr geöffnet. Selbst wenn man also ausschläft, gibt es noch Frühstück. Abends werden außerdem ein leckerer Porridge mit Beilagen angeboten. Ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass ich, um meine Kollegen nicht beim Schlafen zu stören, im Restaurant noch einen späten Snack zu mir genommen und meine Arbeit nachbereitet habe. Obwohl es bereits 23:30 Uhr war und ich Feierabend hatte, ließ das zuständige Restaurantpersonal das Licht für mich an, damit ich in Ruhe arbeiten konnte. Das war wirklich sehr nett! Nach zwei Nächten mit hervorragendem Schlaf fühle ich mich erholt und freue mich darauf, heute nach Hause zu fahren. Ich möchte mich bei allen Freunden bedanken, die uns bedient haben, und freue mich darauf, euch bei der nächsten Reise wiederzusehen!

GGastnutzerMit einem gemütlichen Umfeld im Hotel zu bleiben und zu sehen, wie die Umgebung ist. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass alle Mitarbeiter sehr ernst genommen sind, sobald sie eingeschickt wurden. Nach dem Eintritt in das Zimmer ist die Lage in der Nähe der Stadthalle nahe der U-Bahn gereinigt. Weil das Personal am nächsten Morgen in Zhuangshan fließt und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bereitet. Sofort beschloss er, die Personalüberweisung zu verlängern und die Verfahren sorgfältig zu verwalten. Es ist ein vertrauenswürdiges Hotel. Das nächste Mal muss Ningbo das erste Carimbo Hotel sein!

MMei SenUnser Aufenthalt im Wanda Moments in Ningbo war einfach perfekt! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, übertraf alles an diesem Hotel unsere Erwartungen. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön gestaltet, geräumig und tadellos sauber und mit allem Komfort und allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass jedes Detail unseres Aufenthalts einwandfrei war.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, sodass man die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Ningbo leicht erkunden und die Stadt genießen kann. Die Einrichtungen waren erstklassig und das allgemeine Ambiente war sowohl luxuriös als auch einladend.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch bin nach Ningbo gekommen, um mir eine Show anzusehen, und habe ein Hotel in der Nähe des Ningbo Cultural Square Grand Theater gefunden. Insgesamt war es sehr preiswert. Das Hankyu Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt, sodass ich gleichzeitig einkaufen und essen gehen konnte. Das Hotel war auch sehr sauber. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen, bis ich vor meiner Abreise den Lüftungsschlitz der Klimaanlage sah. Das hat mich angewidert und mir die Laune verdorben. Bitte reinigen Sie ihn so schnell wie möglich, sonst bildet sich überall Schimmel, und das wird furchtbar!

PPeiwawakanshanhai假期前糾結了很久，最終選了一處離寧波不遠的親子好去處。地點是老公敲定的，藏在山裡的小木屋，風格別緻，環境更是沒得説。屋前就是一條小溪，上游連着村落，這幾天天氣也格外給力，小朋友穿着雨鞋就能在淺水區盡情玩水。
民宿的早餐味道很棒，午晚餐可以預約點菜，廚藝也相當不錯。晚上我們常會在大堂小坐，孩子特別喜歡這裏可以轉動的沙發，還有繪本區，既能讀故事，還能觀察玻璃容器裏飼養的各種蛇類，比如豬鼻蛇、竹葉青。民宿周邊還能看到小兔子，雨後的春筍也紛紛冒頭，充滿野趣。
工作人員都十分友善。我們瞭解到這裏原本是一座茶廠，所以大堂保留了舊時的桌椅設計，配上格外大氣的門，整體感覺特別有味道，宛如世外桃源。儘管我們去的時候暫時沒有主題活動，但時間可以隨心隨意安排，非常放鬆。寶寶很喜歡房間裏的閣樓，一直爬上爬下玩得不亦樂乎。中間一天下午，我們還一起美美地睡了個午覺，醒來就望見窗外滿眼翠綠的遠山，內心格外平靜舒暢。
雖然盤山公路不太好開，但一路被綠樹繁花環繞，開窗慢行，也是一種難得的享受。最後還給寶寶買了一頂樹蛙主題帽子當作紀念。等天氣再熱一些，一定還會再來，期待體驗更多有趣的活動。
