Das Hotelambiente ist hervorragend, mit einem weiten und wunderschönen Seeblick vom Balkon des Zimmers. Da das Hotel erst kürzlich eröffnet wurde, sind die Einrichtungen und die Ausstattung in einwandfreiem Zustand. Obwohl im Zimmer noch ein leichter Renovierungsgeruch wahrnehmbar ist, hat das Hotel freundlicherweise einen Luftreiniger bereitgestellt. Auch der Service ist sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der kantonesische Koch im Hotelrestaurant, der hervorragende Speisen zubereitet, und die Menüs sind sehr preiswert!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Die Ausstattung und der Service des neuen Hotels waren hervorragend. Die Rezeption hat uns kostenlos ein Zimmer-Upgrade gegeben und vor dem Check-in angerufen, um sich zu erkundigen, ob Kinder mitreisen, und Toilettenartikel für Kinder bereitgestellt. Der zentrale See vor dem Hotel lädt zu einem Spaziergang ein. Der gebratene Reis im Restaurant Lishe war lecker; die Kinder waren begeistert.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ningbo BTG Nanyuan Guanlan Hotel. I was upgraded to a Superior Room, which offered breathtaking lake‑view scenery. From my room, I could enjoy peaceful panoramic views of the lake, bringing a relaxing and soothing feeling every time I looked out the window. The hotel is surrounded by a huge landscaped park. It is such a pleasure to take slow strolls along the lakeside paths. The fresh air, gentle breeze and nice natural surroundings helped me unwind from daily stress. It was ideal for walking and enjoying quiet moments close to nature. Right across the road from the hotel lies a large shopping mall. It is incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. There are various restaurants serving different cuisines, as well as retail stores for casual wandering. Guests do not need to travel far for meals or entertainment. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The comfortable accommodation, stunning lake views, pleasant green surroundings and nearby shopping facilities together created a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this property to travellers visiting Ningbo, and I would love to come back again in the future.

本次入住體驗非常棒，各方面都讓人滿意！ 前廳：小韓接待熱情高效，耐心告知酒店設施與早餐時間，我們到店的時間比較晚，給我們預留好房間，還問了酒店周邊的景點都一一告知了。有問題響應及時，服務貼心周到。 客房：房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，備品齊全，hape親子房真心很推薦，全是小朋友喜歡的元素，帳篷玩具小汽車繪本上下鋪貼紙，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎。客房小朱工作細心，需求處理迅速，居住體驗安心。 早餐：餐食品類豐富新鮮，補菜及時，就餐環境整潔。非常推薦糯米飯和海鮮麪是酒店特色，一定要嘗一嘗。要早點去吃早飯，搶小餛飩。太好吃了。 公區：大堂及公共區域維護到位，乾淨清爽。酒店大堂的旋轉樓梯和星空頂真的很出片，我們橫拍豎拍拍了很多。 特別表揚小韓、小朱兩位工作人員，服務有禮有温度，整體體驗良好，後續還會選擇入住，也願意推薦給朋友！！！

酒店整體還是不錯的，尤其硬件很能打：從整體造型設計到房間佈置都很新，國慶的價格也很合理，沒有漲得特別過分，小火車親子房非常超預期。離店時反饋問題，工作人員態度也很好，能感到他們確實想把酒店做好，所以整體還是推薦的，期待下次入住。 tips： 去慈城建議停省水文隊家屬區對面的停車場。慈城停車場很多，但有些離中心景區還是有點距離的。
