The staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional. The services were excellent as well. It has a good location and nice proximity to local transportation network

Es ist das Beste für eine Person, die über Nacht versetzt hat! Wie sie speziell für das geschult sind. Free Shuttle Bus jederzeit ist real! Aber ich konnte sie nicht per E-Mail kontaktieren, aber Gotta ruft sie an, hoffentlich sie das reparieren, ich habe auch viel vor meiner Reise e-mailt. Und die Mitarbeiter sind so nett, dass es mich sicher und sicher fühlt, dass ich nicht meinen Flug verpassen werde 😌 Wenn Sie frühzeitig zum Fliegen vor dem Frühstück verlassen müssen. Sie werden Ihnen Muffins und Äpfel geben! Das Zimmer war so groß und schön, ich wünschte, ich hätte nicht den Flug zu fangen, so dass ich in diesem humumigen Königsbett schlafen kann. Es gibt einen Atm im Lobby.

We had a quick overnight stay. Used the shuttle service at 10:30 p.m. It was reliable. The elevator was broken for our stay but they seem to be very on top of trying to contact people about this issue prior to us staying. The bed was a 10 out of the 10, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was sad that I had to get up so early to catch a plane home. The location is perfect for being super close to the airport, however there is nothing around for late night dining and the restaurant closed by the time we even got there. If they had some food options even grab and go stuff that would be very helpful, I didn't feel like waiting for Uber eats, and I didn't have a vehicle. My only ick, was that it slowly starting to see wear and tear, but it's not being upkept. Minor things, but like the doors had paint chips at the bottom, it didn't affect my stay.

Really large, beautiful rooms. Unfortunately too far from city center to walk Additionally only few Restaurants in walking distance. Room of indoor pool was too cold - why is the air conditioning running all the time even when weather is not too hot? So no desire to use pool - different then planned

I stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day. I would like to especially thank Marilyn, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and was professional and welcoming. Her warm attitude really made a difference. The location is convenient, close to Lougheed Town Centre with easy access to transit, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it was good value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, neues dekoriert, waschen Sie Ihre Pflegemittel. Es ist empfehlenswert. Das ist eine schlechte Klimaanlage. Ich wollte morgens einen Kaffee mit einem Kaffeemaschine machen und hinter dem Wasser aufmachen, voll von Staub, das sollte sich ändern. Hygiene: Die Hygienedetails sind nicht gut, besonders Kaffeemaschine Hygiene ist nicht gespült, es ist alles Grau Anlagen: Neu Umwelt: Gut Dienstleistungen: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Ich war ein bisschen nervös nach einigen anderen Bewertungen, aber ich muss nicht gewesen sein. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett komfortable und die Kissen reichlich. Mein 11-jähriges Enkel, der während meines Aufenthalts besuchte, gibt dem Pool und der Wasserseite einen riesigen Daumen auf. Seine Mutter, seine Schwester und ich genossen die Heißräder, während er allein sprang.  Das Frühstück war eine Gabe! Obwohl ich durch mehrere Lebensmittelallergieen begrenzt bin, fand ich mehr als genug, um zu essen und genossen meine 2 Frühstücken.  Als ich zuerst in mein bestelltes Zimmer kam, entdeckte ich ein Werkzeug auf dem Boden und eine abgewrackte A/C-Einheit. Bevor ich Zeit hatte zu fragen, war ein Reparaturman an der Tür, entschuldigend, dass ich gekommen war, bevor er seine Wartung abschließen konnte. Er hat mich sofort in ein anderes Zimmer umgewandelt, und alles war gut.  Das Desk-Personal war alles freundlich, hilfreich und freundlich. Ich habe absolut keine Beschwerden über meinen Aufenthalt und empfehle anderen sehr, die Naysayers zu ignorieren und es zu versuchen. Ich wäre froh, einen Rückkehrbesuch zu besuchen, wenn die Gelegenheit entsteht. Vielen Dank für einen großen Aufenthalt.

Ein gutes Hotel unter Berücksichtigung des Preises und der Lage. Für eine 3-Sterne-Eigenschaft erfüllt es den angegebenen Standard. Komfortable Betten. Raumvolle Lobby. Alles funktioniert.

Hotel is spacious and clean! Come here with my family and we all were impressed with the comfort of the bed including the cleanliness

This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time.
