The location is excellent, very close to the shopping mall. It was raining on the day I arrived, and I arrived later than expected due to an accident on the way. However, the reception lady was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to pay for an upgrade to a three-bedroom room, but she said it was fully booked. Later, she told me there had been a system error and kindly arranged a two-bedroom room for me instead. I had a wonderful night there. Really appreciate her help!

Clean, comfortable hostel, close to Brussels South station and very close to a tram stop. Large storage compartment, just a little bit noisy when you use them. There is a microwave at reception level that is free to use. Only problem is the stairs, no elevator and stairs are quite narrow and steep, be careful taking large suitcase!

Die sanitären Einrichtungen der Jugendherberge sind gut. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein separates Badezimmer, und auch die Dusche im Badezimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Allerdings gibt es keine Vorhänge an den Betten, was hoffentlich verbessert werden kann. Die Jugendherberge liegt im arabischen Teil Brüssels, also wählen Sie sorgfältig aus, falls Sie etwas dagegen haben.

I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits.

Hotel Le Grand Colombier was a simple and fairly basic place to stay. The location is tucked away, which made it nice and quiet, but unfortunately it was a bit too far from the train station to be convenient, so I wouldn’t really recommend it if you need easy access to transport. The facilities and overall style of the hotel were on the modest side, nothing fancy, but it did the job for a short stay. The real highlight was the staff, who were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience much nicer overall.

Das Hotel ist nicht groß, gehen Sie vom Hauptbahnhof aus den Hang hinunter, nur um den Platz herum. Obwohl es nur wenige hundert Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt ist, ist die Altstadt mit kleinen Kies- und Ziegelstücken gepflastert. Es gibt eine kleine Steigung, um zurück zum Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen. Für Mädchen wird es schwierig sein, einen 24-Zoll-Koffer zu tragen. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, es gibt einen kleinen Safe, der Bruder an der Rezeption wird das Problem lösen, aber er ist nicht sehr begeistert, vielleicht ist es der Stil dort?
