Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils. AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. No house keeping for short stays. Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any. Very very very expensive hotel as we booked during BTS concert period!!! Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

Eine gute Wahl. Schönes und ruhiges Apartmenthotel in relativ zentraler Lage von Brüssel, nahe dem Grand Place. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es ist sauber, das Bett ist bequem, die wichtigsten Sachen sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist auch gut. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Klare Empfehlung von mir.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. There is no direct contact between the guest and the hotel due to TRIP. Example: I sent a message to the property saying I needed a parking space. TRIP replied that they had contacted the property and that the property would do their best to fulfill the request on the day of arrival. It turned out that the property requires notification the day before arrival, and they never received my request from TRIP.

Ich traf Probleme mit der Schlüsselkarte, die nicht funktionierte, um die Tür vom Parkplatz zu erreichen, um den Zugang zu den Zimmern zu erheben. Ein paar Mal angerufen und sogar ein Mitarbeiter bezeugte die Frage erstmals. Würde sie reparieren, aber nie gemacht. Wenn sie Probleme treffen und sie erreichen, sind sie zu spät zu beantworten. Das Studio selbst ist gut.

Sehr praktisch. Ausgezeichnetes Personal, das alles für uns, um komfortable und einen guten Aufenthalt gemacht hat.

The location of the hotel is very safe and quiet, and the view outside is beautiful, the facilities are slightly outdated but clean, the air conditioning is not very powerful, a little hot to stay in summer. The amenities provided in the suite were great, the kitchen even had a dishwasher, loved it.

I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits.

Es ist weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber nahe dem Bahnhof Nord von Brüssel. Ein Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber und komfortabel und die Fenster können geöffnet werden. Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kühlschrank und andere Einrichtungen sind komplett, WiFi gut.

The photo of the tall glass building is very misleading. The actual building is not like that at all. Extremely small lif. It can only fit 1 big siitcase or 2 persons with 2 small suitcases. The room was actually quite dated. The white curtain in the living room does not look clean. We can see yellow stains. The electric kettle was not clean. I had to scrub it to clean out the white stuffs from it. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. This was more like a airbnb than a hotel!

Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Es war mit WLAN, Fernseher, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Heizung ausgestattet und alles funktionierte gut. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und in der Nähe des Europäischen Parlaments, was meiner Meinung nach ziemlich sicher ist. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.
