We enjoyed everything custom service was amazing kids really enjoyed the pool rooms were clean pool area was clean beds were ok the only 1 little thing we didn’t like was our pillows were very uncomfortable

Loved this property! The staff here is very nice. We booked our Gondola ride at the front desk. They were super helpful with directions and recommendations for dinner. The continental breakfast was good. Plenty of options for everyone.

The nightly rate is pricey for the value that you receive. The hotel facilities are old and if not dirty not clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The location is behind big box stores. Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again, but also, there was nothing that was terrible. I just feel that with the amount of money that we spent that we could have found a different hotel that would have offered something--better location, better accessibility, better breakfast, etc.

This was the worst stay I have had in Canada. There was a school party staying in the hotel and they were extremely loud. This was from 7pm to gone 10pm. Our room was close to the pool area and we had to put up with screaming , yelling and shouting all evening in the corridors and pool area. Despite complaining to staff 3 times there was no improvement. We had a 4 year old they kept waking up. My room was also next to the laundry and I had to put up with noise from that all night too. I would suggest you don’t use these rooms if you can’t control noise in that area. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!!!

I liked having a separate area to watch TV aside from where the bedroom was.
