Das Hotel ist zwar alt, aber sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist groß, die Tür ist mit McDonald's, rotem Lobster, gut!

The hotel is an average property with below-average fees and customer service. The location is good, but there is little to offer here otherwise. The rooms are a bit dated. The showers are in bad need of new nozzles (4in round nozzles with half the sprayers stopped up). Elevators are being renovated and very slow. Absolutely no benefit to Diamond status here: no late checkout, no recognition, no upgrades despite plenty of availability, etc. Fees: $7 parking with no in and out privileges, $75 for late checkout, no water in room, $35+ for a room with a refrigerator (business class or suite only).

I booked my room through the Hilton app and checked in as soon as possible, when I arrived I was told the room I booked was not available and my only choice was a more expensive room. When I expressed disappointment I was told they were very busy and there wasn't anything that could be done, they could not charge the originally agreed on price for the room. I was sad and frustrated. The room was OK, the bathroom had a sour damp smell, but the bed was comfy At checkout Brian ( Shout out Brian!) apologized for the price change and quickly adjusted my bill to the original price!

Wir blieben in diesem Hotel vom 28. Mai bis 29. im Zimmer 314. Das WLAN und der TV funktionierten richtig. Der Duschedruck war ziemlich niedrig. Sie können die Fenster nicht vollständig dunkeln. Das Empfangsgefühl war warm und persönlich. Das Hotel bot zwischen 5:00 und 7:00 Uhr Erfrischungen und Getränke an. Das Frühstück hatte warme und kalte Gegenstände. Der Toaster muss ersetzt werden.

We stayed at the Mircotel in Springfield during our three week roadtrip through the Mid-West and the Rocky Mountains. It was possibly the best motel we used but still one of the least expensive (great value for money). Add complementary breakfast, an indoor pool and staff loving their guests, I strongly recommend staying here, if you are in the vicinity.

At first when we entered the our room it looked small and out-of-date, but we warmed up to it. Our stay was 3 nights. The Pros: Shower was amazing! Staff was quick to get us more towels upon request. We could control the thermostat . Sleeping and breakfast were decent. Breakfast had a good variety: waffle station and coffee bar. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were kind. Cons: Our door made a loud noise when opening and closing. The 1st night had to get used to noises of air conditioner going on and off. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be; I had to wipe up some obvious urine under the toilet seat with lysol wipes. I would say overall a great stay. They have a pool on 1st floor, but no hot tub, plus restrooms in the hallways. There are ice and vending machines on each floor. The hotel is in good proximity to the capital, Lincoln's home and the Lincoln museum, about 10 mins and all located in downtown. His Tomb is about the same distance, but North direction. Route 66 Motorhead Restaurant was South about 10 mins, bit did not think the meal was that great. If you want a simple meal and assortment, Bob Evans is 2 mins from the hotel. If you could only see one thing, see Lincoln's Presidental Museum. You will not be disappointed! It will take 2.5-3 hours to tour. Closes at 5 so plan accordingly. Capital was a short tour , about 20 mins. We stayed about an hour to look around after. The Illinois Museum was okay. Took about 40 mins. The Carriage Restaurant had awesome sweet potatoes and wraps. The Obed and Isaac's Pub and Restaurant had delicious pulled beef tacos. Recommended eateries for downtown. Scoop Dejour is cute ice cream parlor about 5 mins from hotel. The Mall is not too far either if you need to walk those calories off and stay coo! lGreat hotel for family! Camping World is across the street and another hotel right behind the Hampton Inn. Overall, quiet and safe.

Die Zimmer sehen aus, als wären sie modernisiert worden und die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich gut. Die Zimmerreinigung muss verstärkt werden. Auf den Nachttischen sind Haare, auf den Stühlen und Tischen Kekskrümel und dicker Staub. Der Frühstückswaffelautomat ist kaputt und die Orangen sind getrocknet und plattgedrückt, und sie sind richtig geizig... Außer dass das Zimmer nicht an Ort und Stelle gereinigt wird, ist alles andere gut. Das Hotel dieser Marke hält immer noch ein gewisses Niveau.
