No lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

Das Hotel ist schön! Wir kamen sehr früh und wir haben das Zimmer sofort (Vielleicht bc von niedriger Saison, aber immer noch groß). Das Zimmer ist fab (wir hatten drei Stockwerke), sehr sauber und super komfortable Betten. Die Dusche ist ein bisschen klein und heißes Wasser kann nur bei niedrigem Druck erreicht werden, ich mochte nicht mein langes Haar waschen, aber Spa ist sehr günstig, so nicht ein großer Nachteil für uns. 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum und 10 Minuten nach Datanla, tolle Lage. Wir nahmen vor allem ein Taxi, da Straßen außerhalb des Stadtzentrums für Fahrräder oder Fußgänger gefährlich scheinen. Das einzige Problem, das wir haben, ist das Frühstück auf eine einzige Gericht aus 4 und keine Sorte, die gleichen Gerichte die ganze Zeit (2 Arten von Bahn mi, gefrierte Eier und Biss müssen Sie extra zahlen) Einer von Hotel halten versucht, uns für das Frühstück zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie nicht sehr früh zu essen brauchen, empfehle ich nicht, Frühstück zu nehmen, da draußen mehr Optionen und größere Vielfalt gibt (was für 99 hier verkauft ist 55 im Zentrum, zum Beispiel). Auch ich würde Wochentage und außerhalb der vietnamesischen Urlaub empfehlen, da die Kommunen mit Kindern kommen, ein wenig laut, aber in dem Zimmer, das man nicht wirklich andere Leute hören kann.

Einer der schönsten Hotels, die ich jemals besucht habe, große Aussichten und riesige Raum, sehr entspannende Atmosphäre und der Service ist fantastisch, danke allen.

Luxurious hotel with gorgeous façade, brilliant lobby area, spacious guest room full of amenities. Abundant breakfast offering variety of local specialties. Very helpful, attentive hotel staffs have made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fully satisfied and deserving of a comeback!

Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier Grab car is easily available Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car

Great location with easy access to many parts of dalat. Quiet street yet full of greens and a beautiful neighborhood with great coffee options. Getting around was easy with motorbike rental direct from hotel. The rooms were clean and all the basics you would need. We got the ground floor so it was super convenient. Their staff Hoang was outstanding. He was cheerful and helpful all the time. Spoke decent English too. I’d come back to stay again for sure.

The good: The staff are genuinely nice. The fridge worked, the WiFi was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the fan was strong — I mostly slept well. The view was nice but I had to sit by the bath to enjoy. The room: It didn't look like the online photos, which showed sculpted ceilings, mood lighting, and a rug. That's what I booked for, so the difference was disappointing. Cleanliness: The room smelled mouldy. I bought an air freshener, which helped. It wasn't serviced once during my week-long stay. Noise: Soundproofing is poor. I was given a room by the lift, and the noise was significant. There's also a window above the door, and the automatic lights flash on and off through the night — it made it hard to stay asleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, cozy, and located in a great area. Most places were within walking distance, but if you have a motorbike, it’s just a short ride to find food or coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel also offers an affordable laundry service, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Slipper is reused, it was packed and we noticed that there is hair inside slipper bag.

Hallo, ich war vor Kurzem in Dalat zum 10. Dalat-Blumenfest. Ich übernachte vom 3. bis 8. Dezember 2024 im TTR Skypool View Hotel. Es liegt in der Nähe des zentralen Marktes und des Sees, wo das Fest stattfand. Das Wetter ist morgens und abends kalt, mit kühlem Wind am Nachmittag. Wunderschöne Blumen und Landschaft. Insgesamt sind das Hotel und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Ich würde dieses saubere und sichere Hotel Touristen empfehlen.
