Ich denke, es war eine Unterkunft, die das Vergnügen, schöne Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen, steigerte. Auch das Hotelfrühstück war auf den Geschmack der Koreaner abgestimmt, sodass ich nicht erkennen konnte, ob es koreanisch oder vietnamesisch war. Vielleicht weil es letzten Herbst eröffnet wurde, ist es insgesamt ordentlich und sauber. Ich konnte schöne Erinnerungen hinterlassen. Der See ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und eignet sich daher hervorragend für einen Spaziergang.

The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more.
The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious.
However, staying on the ground floor was far from relaxing. The noise from the room above was unbearable because the ceilings are very thin and not soundproof. I could hear every movement they made. I couldn’t sleep until almost 1 a.m., and then at 6 a.m., they woke up and started making noise again.
If you’re assigned a ground-floor room and there are guests staying above you, I highly recommend requesting a room change immediately. I couldn’t rest at all during my stay.

Stayed 4 nights. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the night market area yet just a short, leisurely 10 min walk away in cool weather. Comfortable bed and big room and good housekeeping. Room was well-cleaned each day. Reception staff were conversant in English and answered all our queries about the shops in the vicinity well. Also like to commend Mui the security personnel at the hotel entrance for his cheerfulness and helpfulness. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests.
We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine.

GGastnutzerComing from Singapore, the cool weather was superb. Facade of hotel brings you to Europe. All rooms are located in villa-like houses set in a beautiful garden. Service was 6-star. A particular staff at breakfast (Lucas) has to be commended for his attentiveness and helpfulness in providing information on where to visit and eat throughout our stay with them. Dinner at their only restaurant was wonderful, not too expensive and, again we enjoyed their warm service. The grilled lobster and fish were delicious and fresh (surprisingly).
We took Grab taxis everywhere (which was very affordable) to all places of interest as the hotel does not have much amenities within walking distance.

Warm Wasser war fast sofort, außer die Wassertemperatur kann ein wenig inkonsistent sein. Das Bett war nicht so hart wie viele der Hotels in Vietnam. Komfortable Bett. Das junge Team von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstücksbereich bis zum Haushalte war willkommen und enthusiastisch , vor allem ein paar beim Frühstück, die empfahl, Spezialgerichte zu versuchen. Obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet nicht riesig war, wurden mindestens 70% der Auswahl nicht während unseres 4-Tage-Frühstücks wiederholt. Dies ist sicherlich etwas Ungewöhnliches, auch in 5-star Hotels, und ist ein großer Weg für internationale Reisende, eine Vielzahl von Gerichten aus verschiedenen Teilen Vietnams zu beproben. Wir freuen uns auf das Frühstück jeden Tag, während wir mit einigen der Frühstücksbesatzungen sprechen. Der einzige Teil, den ich empfehlen würde, zu verbessern, ist, dass die Crew an der Rezeption sich erinnern, um sich selbst in der Nacht zu beobachten und die Gäste zu begrüßen, die ein paar zuweilen vergessen haben, das zu tun.

AArielle LiuLocation is great close to lots of tourists attractions. Staffs were friendly as well. The rooftop dining area has a perfect view of the city. You can grab a cup of coffee and chill there for the entire morning! The rooms are big with superb cleaningness. The only thing abt the rooms could be the penetrating noice from outside. Not really sound proof. Especially if there are people waking up early, even their footsteps can be heard.

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

JJonThe location is central and close to the basics one might require.
Both the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I arrived around 1pm and checking in was stipulated at 2pm.
There was no one at the reception counter but there was a family also, either checking in or out also seated nearby.
A full scale fight started amongst them and the young adult male hurled a full coffee container onto the table between them whilst shouting loudly.
He came and went several times screaming at them whilst they tried to mop up the mess with tissues.
No security or staff appeared to intervene.
Thankfully, this fammily all eventually rose and left, dragging their luggage behind them
The room I has been alotted was fine although the shower room floor was inadequately angled and so shower water flooded into the main bathroom floor.
Having then left to grab some lunch I returned to hear loud jackhammers pounding above the ceiling accompanied by intermittent hammering.
I phoned reception who apologised but said it was out of their control.
The demolition work stopped around 5pm but started again at 8am in the morning.
Looking back I can't say it was an overall favourable experience.

GGastnutzerThe hostel is located in the city centre no far from the central/night market (walking distance about 15 minutes). we have our meals (breakfast and lunch) at the cafe and food stalls infront of the hostel, but they may closed at night. Our room has private bath and toilet which come with hot water, which is necessary for the cold weather in Dalat. The staff help us to rent a motorbike for two days at VND130,000 per day. We faced rainy days for the two days and used the bike in the morning only.
I have to mention here that when you take the Futa Bus from Nha Trang to Dalat, the bus company will provide free hotel drop off infront of the hostel. In our return bus trip to Nha Trang, we requested the hostel staff to contact the bus company for hostel pick up service. She told us that the pick up shutter bus will come one hour before our departure time. However, we waited for about 40 minutes but the pick up driver didn't appear at all. Luckily, the hostel staff called a private car and the hostel willing to pay for the fee to send us to the bus station just on time for our departure. Thank you generous boss, you are very kind.
Recommended on the service, facilities and cheap price.

- Phòng ốc mới, sạch sẽ, nhà vệ sinh cũng sạch sẽ
- Cạnh bên trụ sở cạnh sát nên khá yên tâm về mặt an ninh
- Hai mặt tiền, Triệu Việt Vương và Ngô Thì Sỹ
- Cạnh bên có khá nhiều quán ăn rẻ và ngon, gợi ý quán bánh căn bên đường Ngô Thì Sỹ cách tầm 20m
Điểm trừ:
- Nếu không đóng cửa thì tiếng ồn xe dội lên từ bên ngoài sẽ khá lớn
- Mỗi phòng chỉ có một thẻ, hơi bất tiện khi ra vào nếu có người muốn ở nhà, có người muốn đi chơi
- Mình đặt hai phòng, phòng đôi ở Trip và phòng 4 còn lại ở trang khác. Phòng 4 khá rộng, thoải mái. Phòng đôi hơi hẹp một chút, và sẽ có một số phòng bị chắn view (không phải phòng mình nhưng thấy phòng kế bên view vào tường)
