The spa hotel is very conveniently located. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you want to take advent of the pool, you need to go across the parking lot to their other hotel. Not very convenient. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境優美，藝術氣息濃厚，服務熱情周到。我入住的是酒店湖景帶陽台的房間，窗外的風景很美，樹木繁茂，湖水碧綠，可以散步。酒店環境優美適合旅行兼顧休息放鬆心情。

無料の朝食が嬉しい。スタッフもフレンドリーな対応。 残念な点としては、シャワーの水圧がすごく弱い。湯船を溜める側の方は、勢いがあります。 2日目ドア側のセンサーが不具合でカードキーが反応しなかった際にフロントからすぐメンテナンスの方へ連絡していただきすぐ対応してくれました。 次回もおすすめのホテルとして宿泊したくなるホテルでした。

This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

This place was great! The room was clean and spacious. We did book the suite room with the bunk bed (the kids loved it!) the room had so much space for all 8 of us. Free breakfast, free ride to Disneyland, free parking and at the best price. Will definitly come back!  It’s not too far walk to Disneyland either.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Stadt Korea mit vielen asiatischen Mahlzeiten. Zimmer ist geräumig und die Lage ist auch gut für den Preis. Kons: Während meines Aufenthalts war der Aufzug unter Wartung, und ich musste meine riesige Tasche zum 2. Stock tragen. Auf der Auscheckung versuchte ich, meine Taschen zu verlassen, aber sie sagten, es gab nicht genug Platz im Lagerraum. Erwähnte einen zufälligen Raum im Lobby, aber das Personal sagte, sie werden nicht für irgendwelche Verluste haftbar sein

Es war gut, weil es in der Nähe von Disneyland war. Jede Nacht war ich überrascht von dem Geräusch von Feuerwehrkämpfen. Es ist geduldig. Es war eine helle Atmosphäre mit vielen Kindern. Es ist bequem, weil es viele Einkaufsstraßen umgeben. Ich bin bereit, wieder zu besuchen.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung. 1. Das Hotel ist ein Block entfernt über die Straße. Parkplätze sind klein, größere Autos haben harte Zeit zum Parken. 2. Klimaanlage sind die tragbaren Dinge auf Rädern. Recht im Zimmer. Sehr laut, schließt die ganze Nacht an/aus. 3. Windows öffnen Schieben - nicht offen bleiben, zu alt/abgefallen. Auch haben keine Bildschirm. 4. Das Zimmer ist das tiefste, was ich je in Hotels gesehen habe. 5. Bad - allein süchtig mit keinem Raum, um Toiletten aufzulegen. Für: - Clean. Good location near the beach. Dachbar, Restaurant auf der Website und große mexikanische Restaurant über die Straße. Freundliche Service, Front Desk Person war sehr hilfreich.

Sehr sauber! Nicht zu weit von Disneyland und wir konnten beide Tage Parkplätze finden, die für mich eine Notwendigkeit ist. Meine einzigen Fragen waren beim Einchecken, der Mann, der mir geholfen hat, war extrem freundlich, aber die Frau am Countdown neben ihm war sehr brutal und nahm meine ID von ihm und starrte an sie und dann an mich sehr beschuldigend. Ich weiß nicht, ob sie es für falsch oder was dachte, aber es war schrecklich und sehr grausam. Meine andere Frage war, dass, als wir um 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstück heruntergekommen waren (Frühstück um 9:30 Uhr) sie fast vollständig aus dem Essen waren (alles, was übrig war, waren einige Kartoffeln, Getreide und Oatmeal) und als wir die Küchenpersonal fragten, ob sie zu gehen wären. Die wunderschöne Lage und das Zimmer waren sehr gut, es war nur ein Teil der Mitarbeiter, die es ein wenig zerstört haben. (Außer dem Mann, der uns angemeldet hat, war er sehr nett!). Nicht eine schreckliche Erfahrung, aber wenn ich das viel bezahle, würde ich einen besseren Service erwarten.
